CBN's David Brody interview Michele Bachmann in Iowa tonight, where she insists she 'likes' Sarah Palin and downplays reports, including by POLITICO, about jockeying between the two women:
Brody: Set the record straight with us on your relationship with Sarah Palin because the media wants to pit you, if not pit you against Sarah Palin they certainly want to compare you two. And Im wondering how you see it specifically as it relates to Governor Palin.
Bachmann: I like her a lot. Were friends. I have great admiration for her, great respect for her, and weve never had a cross word between us. We are friends. And I think that youre right, I think thats a fiction from the media. I doubt that the Governor feels that way, it certainly doesnt reflect my view, and I only wish her well in what shes doing right now.

Pretty much. The date may be wrong, but yup, pretty much.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that Rollins presence on her campaign speaks of something so foul I'm hesitant to consider supporting her at all.
I concur.
Levin isn’t being even handed at all. He has gone on rants against Mitten and Huntsman and the rest of the weak Progressive Cuckolds running in the GOP. Newt included. His stated mission is to promote Conservatives. To that, I am grateful.
The job here is to shut down these unreliable hacks losers before they get to far along. I agree with Levin 100% on that. That is why he gives play to Cain, Bachmann and Santorum.
You are exactly right.
And what you describe is the difference between a winner and a loser.
Good grief...that's like Obama mentioning his faith is Muslim with Stehanofagusco!
I had been willing to give her an open minded review and wait to see what was what, but she and her actions just keep getting worse and worse. Keeping Rollins on, that's a gigantic red flag awaving!
MB want others to apologies to her but she is Queen now.
#1 - Sarah is not a Candidate (not yet at least)
#2 - Repeated? Rollins has been muzzled since the incident came out. What’s “repeated” is that many of the Palin supporters have taken Rollins statement to declare an all-out war on Bachmann.
#3 - What is Bachmann supposed to apologize for? Rollins gave his opinion of Palin and whether she would make a difference in the 2012 race. An opinion is just that...an opinion, even if it is a dumb one.
And ironically, back in January, Rollins also referred to Bachmann as “not a serious candidate” when he was still on the potential Huckabee team in an interview on CNN.
Which is why I wholeheartedly support Sarah and Bachmann has now sunk so low in my esteem, that she's tied with Romney, Ron Paul, and Huntsman for the I'LL NEVER DONATE, WORK FOR, NOR VOTE FOR list.
Evenhanded, eh? Guess you haven’t heard him take Romney and Newt to the woodshed.
I’m not saying Levin has said anything to disparage Palin or her supporters. I’m saying if you try to call into his program and give him the BS about Michele being a stalking horse for Mitt, in it only for the power, and out to personally attack Palin because she hired Rollins, he’s going to ask you where does that exist other than in your head and then abruptly cut you off.
MB is a solid conservative. She also happens to be running for President. Levin and Limbaugh see that, and if they ever get wind of what’s going on out here in regards to conservative attacks on other conservatives, they will call it out appropriately.
There is alot of scum and deceit in the campaign advisor circles. We used to have a list of the people that sabotaged campaigns and conservative ideals here at FR. People like Nicolle Wallace were on it for her part in sabotaging the 2008 campaign. Lots of people here pledged that they would make sure those people were never in a place to influence a campaign again. Anyone know where those people are and where that list is?
I saw that too.
Holy cow.
“If Palin runs, she’ll steamroll Michele, if she doesn’t, Palin’s voters will make a big difference in why Michele will not be capable of winning the nomination.”
I’m a Palin supporter and I’ve spent a lot of posts on here criticizing Bachmann for the Rollins bit and her repetitive gaffes including another one today - John Wayne Gacy. I’ve also criticized her skillset at the interview table. Yesterday, she should have asked Wallace who he was referring to as calling her a flake. You’ve simply got to put these a$$holes down when they pull that $h!t.
Nevertheless, if Sarah doesn’t run the choices would appear to come down to Perry, Cain, and Bachmann. All have reasonable conservative credentials, but all have baggage and it ain’t Gucci. So where to you propose to go in that eventuality?
BS, harpooned, that is a crock, the man said she wasn’t a serious candidate. If that is harpooning your skin is thin enough to read the Sunday paper through. And I will give you a little hint, she is not running.
Who pissed in your Corn Flakes? Harness the hostilities.
Actually he was really pissed at the so called conservative attacking her.
