Gun Control: Chicago's new police superintendent blames Alaska's ex-governor for inner-city gun violence and crime, and says gun-rights advocates are racist. Disarming victims doesn't prevent crime, sir.
Speaking to the choir, literally, about gun control, Garry McCarthy, former police chief of Newark, N.J., told an audience at St. Sabina Church in the Windy City about leaving a homicide scene in Newark, returning home and flipping on the TV to find an episode of "Sarah Palin's Alaska."
"She was caribou hunting and talking about the right to bear arms," McCarthy said. "Why wasn't she at the crime scene with me?"
We know. We don't see the connection between hunting and gang violence either, but gun-control advocates do.
Sarah Palin was not at that crime scene because she had nothing to do with the crime. As a defender of the Second Amendment and the right to keep and bear arms, she is like the vast majority of law-abiding gun-owning Americans who never fire or even point their gun in anger, unless someone's trying to break into their house.

The only thing still holding this country together is the second amendment. It is there to protect the first. Maybe it should have been placed first, considering how important it is.

I don't think I'ver ever read a more lame excuse in my life.....
I looked at McCarthy and the first thing I thought was about that Carr guy referring to the midwest as filled with people with “low sloping foreheads”, ie, an evolutionary assumption of “closer to apes”.
McCarthy, undoubtedly a democRat, fits that description.

It’s GWB’s fault that Obama is an inept and is incapable of doing the job of POTUS, and it’s Sarah Palin’s fault that Dems can’t control crime in big cities, corruption in the Union, and Obama’s reckless spending.
And Hermain Cain is an “Uncle Tom” according to Jon Stewart, who conveniently plays the “comedian” card when caught making racist comments.
How anyone could vote for a Democrat is either insane or has the intellect of a child, or both.
Every conservative said Obama doesn’t have the experience or the knowledge to turn around a failing economy.
They were right.
Meanwhile, Dems are calling Herman Cain a “Pizza Boy”
Herman Cain has real-world experience in turning around a chain of failing businesses, yet they left says he doesn’t have the experience to serve.
These people are insane. There is no other explanation for it.
Either that, or they are just flat-out intellectually lazy and believe everything they read in the paper and see on the evening news on one of the proven lefty networks.

The UCLA Media Study was unbiased and showed that 18 of the top 20 media outlets lean left.
Also, the Center for Responsive Politics, better known as www.opensecrets.com shows that the media has donated 70% of their campaign donations to the Dems, which shows an obvious inherent bias.
Then there was “Journolist” a private listserve group of about 400 journalists that colluded to promote liberalism while slamming conservatism.
We have two enemies, the DNC and the MSM and at this point, I truly believe the MSM is the worse of the two as perception is often seen as reality, and the MSM is in the pocket of the DNC

It’s not enough for the left to have the Media, Academics, the Unions and other entities in their pocket, but they want to silence any conservative viewpoint.
Talk radio and FNC are merely filling the void the MSM is purposely leaving.
They refuse to report on anything negative on Obama and other Dems, thereby lying by omission and at the same time, they are in full attack mode on conservatives, often to the point of flat-out lying.
Examples: Claiming Palin said Africa was a Country and not a Continent, and broadcasting obviously forged TANG docs in an attempt to defeat GWB in the upcoming election.
There are numerous other examples, but most informed people (also known as “conservatives”) are aware of these examples.
We need to declare war on the MSM.

Without their help, Obama wouldn’t be elected dog-catcher.
This so-called genius and editor of the Harvard Law Review, who never penned a single article, couldn’t get hired as an attorney so he went to work as a “community organizer” which is someone who basically drives bums to the polls to vote Dem in exchange for cigarettes.
