Imagine our surprise when reading media reports today that the “One Nation Tour” has been cancelled. Why didn’t anyone tell me? Oh, wait, that’s because it hasn’t been cancelled. (Good ol' media... you never cease to amaze!)
As I said myself at the end of the east coast leg of the tour, the summer is long, and I’m looking forward to hitting the open road again. The coming weeks are tight because civic duty calls (like most everyone else, even former governors get called up for jury duty) and I look forward to doing my part just like every other Alaskan.
I wouldn’t think it to be such a slow news day that, what with numerous wars and serious economic woes concerning Americans, a bus is driving news stories today. The next leg of the tour continues when the time comes. In the meantime, no one should jump to conclusions – certainly not the media with their long track record of getting things wrong or just making things up.

Bwahahahahaha ... I love this Lady! She gives the media just enough rope to hang themselves. And they always do. They are so corrupted, they’re easy to manipulate by just giving them enough room and enough absent comment to them that they make things up continuously!

Care to be a man or woman enough to stand corrected instead of blathering nonsense about a non story by the media or is the media you guys best friend as long as it’s make up things about Palin?
It's more likely that Bawney Fwank will publicly admit to his complicity in the Fannie/Freddie housing market crash.

It really is pretty funny. I like it that for now she is keeping things unscheduled. Well - at least not letting the MSM know what her schedule is - I’m sure she has a timeline that she is following.
Another thing that I REALLY like is that she isn’t quiet about this stuff - and is always ready to “refudiate” the ignorant comments or lies.
If this had happened to President Bush we would only read about it in his memoirs. “Well, it was no big deal to be doing my civic duty, and figured that was my own business.”
