Video games are keeping kids off the street.
except for the ones that have to go out and steal to afford the systems and the games.

Why go to the trouble of stealing yourself when you can have the government do it for you?

Answer? Abortion has eliminated millions of the criminal class.

and yet petty crimes like burglaries happen so often that Police departments don’t even seem to care about them. Either home break-ins or vehicle break-ins seem to happen no matter what town you live in and I think they often aren’t solved because police have bigger things to do so the crooks know these are easy pickings.

US crime figures: Why the drop?Concealed carry laws, and the millions of firearms sold especially in the last couple of years.
Criminals want easy prey. It's very hard to know these days who is easy prey, and who is packing.

The last few years have seen record firearms sales, as well as rollbacks in many state’ gun laws. We are now approaching all but a couple states allowing some form of concealed carry. While I can’t guarantee the above brought down crime, it sure didn’t produce blood in the streets as predicted.

Well, Holder has insisted that blacks don’t commit any crimes. So maybe he has passed the word to the FBI. Black crimes don’t exist, so don’t count them.
A typical flash crime can involve up to 50 robbers at at time. How many crimes is that? One, or fifty?
Or none?

A lot of crimes are not reported. If your home or car are buglarized and you don’t have insurance, why should you call the police?
To: Mike Darancette
our business has been hit numerous times, but we have only reported the first two incidents. After that, seems the sheriff couldn’t be bothered with simple property losses.
So far it’s been small thefts (CB radios) about once every couple of weeks.

The Baby Boom has moved beyond their “crime years” and the X and Y generations are such slackers that they are too lazy to steal.
That's my opinion, but I came from the lower East-side of Detroit.

Common sense: less young males. The Baby Boom Generation had the most young males in society. They got older....
