DEVELOPING: NEW CASTLE, Del. -- Police on Friday afternoon came to the home of a 17-year-old high school junior to ask her about direct online communications she has had with Rep. Anthony Weiner. Two officers from the New Castle County Police Department arrived at the girl's home around 4:30 p.m. and asked to speak with the girl's mother about the daughter's contact with Weiner. Another officer appeared at the home a short time later. A FoxNews.com reporter was at the home when the police arrived. The girl, whose name is being withheld because she is a minor, told FoxNews.com, "I'm doing OK." The police left the home after about 30 minutes, followed by the daughter and mother, who left in a separate car. It was not clear if the mother and daughter were going to continue the conversation with police at another location. Sources close the student said the girl followed Weiner on Twitter after seeing him speak during a school trip to Washington on April 1. Weiner direct-messaged the girl back on April 13, the sources said, though it is not clear what other communication the two may have had between or after those dates.

More importantly both Clintons are advising Weiner...which immediately states there’s political and personal loss for them, so they’ll stand by “their man” until their own ducks are in a row to dance around anything Weiner might have on them or which would affect their ambitions.

This thing is going to drag out until those who stand to lose something Weiners’s got on them is shored up...or he makes such a fool of himself he’ll cut his own throat.

Either way Weiner’s only as good as he’s of use or not a threat...then he’s done.

My guess is that Tony Dick and his “wife” live in the D.C. area, and this is nothing more than a local place for Weiner to use occasionally when he’s back in his district. He may need to have this second home to establish residency in the district.

Yep, the dems are *very* calculating when it comes to throwing each other under the bus. He's surely been in constant contact with the clintons and is being carefully advised.

They might be setting him up for a big fall though.. Telling him to not resign early in case this fizzles.

To me, it looks like the left is going to eventually treat him as another John Edwards. Edwards did less than Clinton, he didn't commit perjury, however it was very easy to toss him under. weiner has a bit more clout since he's actually in office now though. Amazing how that trickles down to the man on the street who votes for them as well. We are living in a society so easily swayed and deceived. I see and hear such nonsense in my work place, who are all liberals, that sometimes it's almost unbearable. They voted and love Obama. But you cannot get to first base with them in comversation...they are stone blind and want it that way. Amazing resistance to any truth...not capable of discussion or reasoning with their own minds.
