China Wants To Construct A 50 Square Mile Self-Sustaining City South Of Boise, Idaho

Thanks to the trillions of dollars that the Chinese have made flooding our shores with cheap products, China is now in a position of tremendous economic power. So what is China going to do with all of that money? One thing that they have decided to do is to buy up pieces of the United States and set up "special economic zones" inside our country from which they can continue to extend their economic domination. One of these "special economic zones" would be just south of Boise, Idaho and the Idaho government is eager to give it to them. China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach for short) plans to construct a "technology zone" south of Boise Airport which would ultimately be up to 50 square miles in size. The Chinese Communist Party is the majority owner of Sinomach, so the 10,000 to 30,000 acre "self-sustaining city" that is being planned would essentially belong to the Chinese government. The planned "self-sustaining city" in Idaho would include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail centers and large numbers of homes for Chinese workers. Basically it would be a slice of communist China dropped right into the middle of the United States.

You know that's not true. Chinese investments will aid in continued economic growth here in the US. Buying debt creates problems and investing in equity contributes to economic bubbles.

But by directly investing in manufacturing and economic zones, Chinese investments create jobs, economic value, etc. Its a win-win scenario for everyone.

And it indirectly protects US investments in China. China cannot simply nationalize US assets without the same happening to her. And the more she invests in the US, the more it strengthens US holdings overseas.

Well, if most people thought that way (those who accept trade from China are traitors), Donald Trump or someone like him, would be the front runner the Presidential race. But instead, it will likely be someone with more moderate views about China and more focused on domestic causes of America's economic woes rather than foreign causes. And rightly so.

So, this project in Idaho is just the beginning ;)

Some will sell the soul of our nation to the highest bidder. If the highest bidder is China, we are truly at twilight’s last gleaming. Those in any type of investment or partnership with the Chinese Communists best know this truth.

But anyone still interested in investing for their own selfish gain over the interest of conscience and country and the principles it was founded on can have at it. As long as they are aware they are bedding with the devil and will reap what is sown by those actions.

We are (barely) still a free enough nation for individuals to choose as they will where they want to invest their money. But accepting the ChiComs as legitimate business partners is a dangerous game.

Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer, fresh off a two-week trip to China, said Tuesday that he envisions that nation buying a lot more Montana products in the coming years.

Schweitzer returned this past weekend from a trip to China where he was a keynote speaker at a conference in Beijing on coal technologies. But he also travelled to several other states and cities in that country, meeting with government leaders and businessman.

Schweitzer said there will be a big demand for Montana beef exports to that country once U.S. officials can sort out a trade agreement covering that product. And he said exports of copper, other metals, and wheat will continue to grow as China continues to grow economically.

“We are uniquely situated in the world to be a purveyor of natural resources to China,” Schweitzer said. “Either we sell more in China or we are not competitive in the place where you need to sell. “They are going to be a large purchaser of things we do well in Montana for a long time to come.”

The site originally started as a flu pandemic preparedness site but has many other topics, they also have a long ongoing Fukushima thread. The main moderator is some kind of scientist and has a strong interest in what China is up to. And no excerpts!

I check that site practically daily.

Just quickly breezed over it. It looks like a great site to reference by the way it collects/catalogs stories regarding China. Good one! I love sites like that. It makes research so much easier and saves you from running all over the place looking for news.

It is a good site for the topics it covers. They don’t allow political stuff there, trying to be non-partisan, but the owner (Monotreme) told me he’s more or less a libertarian.
