do you remember the DI in your face, yelling, while you were standing on the little yellow feet?
—
I was lucky, I had pretty short hair, the long hairs on the bus from the airport got the extra special attention back then. ;-)
During boot camp, I remember getting a faceful of DI and an occasional elbow to the solar plexus.. my favorite DI only came up to my armpit but it seemed like he could levitate and get your attention with his raspy voice.

Not all that rude, Ma!
Not like me dropping off without saying goodnight!
Spring has treated us well, if you discount the fires, broken sprinkler system, auto repairs, and general stuff. The good stuff far outweighs the bad, though!
Piper made student of the quarter and was promoted to second grade this week. The Flyboy is already making plans to bring her down here on his mid-week days off. We’re gonna go to the city wave pool in a couple of weeks!

Help spread this important message:
This story is incredible. Send this touching two-minute video about World War II veterans to FIVE friends and family to remind them that every day alive in this great, free country is truly a bonus. Lets get 50,000 views for the video by Memorial Day (May 30th) to show these living heroes, one last time, just how grateful we are for their unbelievable sacrifice. The video is a trailer to a documentary that will come out in November. The more we can show interest in the trailer (i.e. views), the more Americans will get to see the film. Time is running out: 1,000 WWII vets die every day. We are free today because of these men and women. The least we can do is watch a web video and send it to five people. Lets get this mission done!
