1 JUNEAU, Alaska A former member of Sarah Palin's inner circle has written a scathing tell-all, saying Palin was ready to quit as governor months before she actually resigned and was eager to leave office when more lucrative opportunities came around.
2 "In 2009 I had the sense if she made it to the White House and I had stayed silent, I could never forgive myself," Frank Bailey told The Associated Press.
3 Palin's attorney did not respond to multiple requests for comment for this story. \
4 "Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin: A Memoir of Our Tumultuous Years" is due out Tuesday and based on tens of thousands of emails that Bailey said he kept during his time with Palin. It began with working on her 2006 gubernatorial campaign and continued through her failed run for vice president;.......

Is there some reason I ought to read this guy's book? Mrs. Daniels' story is probably more interesting.
And Romney is your average liberal.
The people who buy that argument are a small minority in the GOP. That’s one of the reasons her negatives are so high. She’s seen as a quitter. You can make as many excuses as you like but I’ll never feel comfortable giving her my vote unless she’s the only option versus obama. And there are a whole lot of folks who feel the same way. She probably has about 30-40% support among my Tea Party group. No one hates her or anything like that but she is not the choice among most conservatives that I know...even among some who think highly of her.
When he wrote this book he pretty much informed us which god he puts at the top of his personal totem pole.
Good catch!
To speak up when he saw things he didn't agree with "went against all that investment of time and energy that I put into her," said Bailey. He said he "shed his family," his wife and two kids, to singularly focus on Palin during her rise to the governor's office and beyond.
Wow! What a psycho!
Interesting.
The point about schedules was brought up a few months ago. I don’t remember who threw out the accusation but stated that Palin was never on time or cancelled appointments without notice and then proceeded to name Mark Levin’s show and also Hannity’s show. Both adamantly said Palin was on time and that it was a lie about her missing/rescheduling.
I wonder why that particular thing keeps coming up?
LOL! Good point.
Was Ronald Reagan a quitter?
sounds like unrequited love.
Ecce Homo.
Because it points to a perceived “vanity.”
It is brought up about people to “prove” that they care only for themselves, and that “everyone else can just wait for them.”
As the social justice crowd suggests that us conservatives speak in “code”, so don’t they.
I guess my counterpoint would be, knowing a lot of folks in this kind of media, that if she were continually late, or blew off interviews—her career would have been over long ago.
Meetings, appointments, etc. I’ve worked for tons of people that blew that stuff off. Doing it without notice is rude, but they did not get fired.
Or a stalker.
Coming right up!
I've been in commercials too. They also like to get plenty of takes so they can piece different portions of them together when they edit it.
So, on a scale of 1-10, how does that compare with laundering hundreds of millions of Iranian campaign contribution dollars through pre-paid debit cards?
Sarah Palin is not Ronald Reagan. A little like Pat Buchanan perhaps, but not Reagan.
Got any Rasmussen polling data on that specific issue?
Palin is just like you & me; every body has faults & makes mistakes; one thing for sure;;; Palin kept the trust of Alaskans at the center of her politics and everybody I talk to wishes she was back as the Gov. Heck even that leftie Shawna Moore (Moore Up North) now says she wishes Palin was back in charge: because even the hated Palin had enough Wally Hickel in her makeup to do Ak right. I about fell out when I first heard Moore say that as she was the leader in smearing Palin on tv and in local news.
As in need of Palin the Country is, I wish she had just stayed on as gov and not got involved with McCain.Palin would have been re-elected with a 99% margin and Alaskans would know that everything was doing just fine with Palin in charge.
I don't care about all that dirt they are digging up anyway; I do care about if Alaska is doing good and with Palin it was.
Please tell me what elected office Ronald Reagan resigned from.
