Today, the Obama re-election campaign launched an all-out attack on a brand new book critical of Obama, "Where's the Birth Certificate," by bestselling author Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., calling it delusional, laughable and a "joke."
If this sounds like major déjà vu, it's because the Obama election campaign did exactly the same thing in 2008 when it mobilized a major assault on Corsi's previous book about Obama, the No. 1 New York Times bestseller "The Obama Nation." And that was a response to the impact of his previous No. 1 New York Times bestseller, "Unfit for Command."

How many states have proposed a law requiring proof and how many have actually passed it? Even Gov. Brewer rejected it.
It is a tragedy that the WND morons got fixated on “Where is the Birth Certificate?”, specifically the “long form”.
Most legislative efforts towards having the State of birth of a candidate send the ballot issuing State their COLB got all caught up in ‘long form’ madness and wouldn’t have been Constitutional because of it.
Can’t at least ONE State pass a simple “Hey - send over the COLB and we will put you on the ballot” law?
As you pointed out - so far they have been such a mess that they have been rejected even by Gov. Brewer.
No check and balance of power, just a total disregard for the constitution throughout all levels of the government.

When Corsi and Farah make it so easy, why not. The last shred of credibility left the issue when Trump folded his tents. Keeping the buffoons in the spotlight only makes the White House look better in comparison.

We seem to forget we don't have to prove a thing and we can say anything we want. It's what they do and it's been very successful. Even a lie repeated over and over eventually overcomes the truth. For instance “I can see Russia from my house” a misdirected quote and “Sarah Palin is stupid”, nothing to prove it but it's been repeated over and over and I see they are starting it again. We should do the same. I'm tired of fighting fire with the truth, sometimes you have to just make a bigger fire.

The White House is raising money by making fun of birthers now. That's what a national joke the issue has become. That WND is claiming this is sign of a White House in panic demonstrates as clearly as ever that Farah/Corsi are either completely delusional or are pulling out all the stops to gin up the birther crowd with nonsense stories to sell books and generate website hits.
I find it interesting that the Left, the Democrats opened up with everything they had at Sarah Palin, and I mean lies, fabrications of all sorts to smear her to the point nobody would consider her as a viable contender for POTUS (in their minds), much less Dog Catcher, and we are still out here wandering around trying to find anything the Left, the Obama Handlers may have overlooked as they swept his history into the locked closet to prevent anybody from doing the same to him as they have done to her.
Only thing they seem to have overlooked was the Frank Marshall Davis connection, and some other odds and ends relating to that side of the Dunham family.
Obama has released 2 or 3 so called BC. They all have differences. Should be the same no matter what. However, they aren’t. Facts are facts. Apparently how they read depends on the day of the week the BC are released by Obama. Fact is, that the much heralded long form did not say official certified copy and did not have a seal. Grey Eagle
And she who said we’d have to pass the healthcare bill in order to see what’s in it also apparently believes we have to elect a POTUS before finding out whether he is eligible.
She never even asked to see any documentation from Hawaii. The HDOH has confirmed that. She swore an oath to the American people that this guy was eligible based on nothing but blind faith in a man who lies every time he opens his mouth.
The system is an epic fail because the people in the positions of power have committed crimes rather than simply do their jobs. We DESPERATELY need to amend the system to allow normal people to challenge both eligibility and whether laws are being followed BY THE GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY.
The courts have consistently said that it is none of our business if the government breaks laws or if the Constitution is violated. That’s what the Revolutionary War was all about - to hold accountable a government that was actually DESTRUCTIVE of the end of securing the unalienable rights.
We need to change that. If not by law then the only option available to the people is the same one that was available when this nation was born. Those are the options. I choose the law. We NEED state laws that give normal people the legal standing to challenge Presidential and VP eligibility. That would place the legal determination of a Constitutional issue firmly where it belongs - in the judiciary where both the Constitution and the facts of a particular case are to be decided according to established standards of evidence and law.
And all of them worth about a 3 dollar bill.
