TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) – 9-1-1 recordings from a deadly SWAT shooting reveal some tense moments:
911: Is law enforcement at your house, ma'am? Is law enforcement at your house? (Are they) inside or outside your residence?
Guerena: They are outside, but they came inside! They were inside. They were (inaudible) going to shoot me. And, I put my kid in front of me. They were going to hit me!
911: Ok, I need you to calm down.
Fear and panic from the wife of decorated Marine Jose Guerena's. Vanessa Guerena called 9-1-1 the morning of May 5th, the day SWAT busted through her family's front door; unloading 71-rounds the Marine's way, in just 7-seconds.
SWAT said it did not expect Jose's wife and young son to be home. But, it also did not expect the Marine to point a semi-automatic weapon their way; saying, according to authorities, "I've got something for you!"
Moments later, the 26-year-old Marine was gasping for his last breaths of air
911: Where's he ...where's your husband at right now?
Guerena: He's on the floor!
911: Is he inside the house?
Guerena: Yes, he's on the floor! (crying) Can you please hurry up?! Somebody...
911: It's very hard for me to understand you, ok. When you get hysterical, ok?
Guerena: Can you please send somebody, please?
Help did arrive; and, reports show a Lifeline helicopter was put on standby. But, a KGUN9 investigation uncovered it took an hour-and-fourteen-minutes before SWAT let paramedics work on Guerena.
At one point, you even hear 9-1-1 operators asking wife Vanessa to provide CPR to her own husband:
Guerena: I can't. I can't. I can't do that. There's a bunch of people outside of my house. I don't know what the heck is happening.

They murdered this man, they intentionally created a situation of faux “exigent circumstances”, to justify another no-knock raid.
Creating a situation where the homeowner has but mere seconds to realize what is happening, take it all in, rationalize it and then decide its the police and not a home invasion and comply.
This Marine was dead before he had the chance to realize what was even happening, murdered by a bunch of out of control Gestapo.
Had to let him bleed out... you know, dead men tell no tales.
911: “911 operator”
victim: “Yes... there are gunmen outside my house shooting at me!”
911: “Yes. that is the government. we are there to help you”
keep in mind... all those SWAT members, like all cops and teachers, are union members.

Sure, the wife was hysterical, but my wife and I had no problem understanding what she was saying. That 911 operator has some ‘splaining to do, IOHO.
Joel Waldman said last night that they (SWAT, Pima Cty SO) have not yet explained this to him satisfactorily.
I have my doubts about this.
I know people watch movies. I know people think it's cool to have a "catch phrase" you can use before you open fire and blow away all of your enemies -- but really!
People are breaking into your home, you've heard them coming, you're holding your rifle, and as they come through the door, what does a normal human (not a Hollywood superstar) what does a normal human do?
a) Unleash the catch phrase
b) Fire the weapon.
They want me to believe that this guy took the time to unleash the catch phrase first but then ran out of time and was never able to fire the weapon.
Sorry. Not believing that one.
I keep thinking we will see a Henry Bowman incident -- SWAT team comes to the door, and minutes later, there's a dead SWAT team and the intended victim has gone out the back.
Yeah, easier to do in a novel than in real life, but some citizens actually know what they're doing, and a lot of cops sure don't.
There’s no valid explanation for it other than that the cops on the scene originally wanted the man dead and when he survived their assault they determined to let him die, thus obtaining the desired result.
I expect we’ll see more of this kind of thuggery out of Pima County and I expect that anyone standing up to their liberal oligarchy is at threat of being accused of God only knows what as a pretext for murder-by-cop.
It's the new talking. Talking is a good thing. Even the Founders thought so. Believe it or not, free speech is real power. In fully implemented police states, bad things happen AND you can't talk about it. Talking brings repercussions to evildoers. Not as fast as weaponized talking, but it has the benefit of giving us a chance to pretend we are still civilized.
And he was a Marine. You are right. The cops are liars.
Not all teachers and cops are union members.
Sometimes with the tactics used, one would certainly think they all are.
