WH says Pres Obama opposes violent & misogynist lyrics, but defends participation of rapper known as Common in WH poetry event tonight.
WH says some criticism of Common is distorted and lyrics suggesting a threat against police are not the sum total of his work.

It still gets me when I read Jews are in the tank for Obama and the dem party. I've read the reasons why by various authors, but c'mon Jewish small business owners, this guy wants to run you out of business with exhorbitant taxes, (personal and corporate - and going higher), more gov rules and regulations, EPA, AA, quotas, paperwork, unions, and the endless myriad of local, state and federal guidelines of one form or another.
Obama is essentially anti-capitalist and a wealth redistribution guy, so I just don't understand it. .
There's also the anti-gun and eventual planned confiscation issue. . I thought most Jews backed the JPFO, (Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership). Oh well, maybe I just don't get it. .
But I tell, I'd even settle for these guys....

I’m so glad Obama is doing this.
Having that crum at the White House is proof positive to independents that what we have been saying about Obama all along wasn’t a lie.
Plus “Common,” or “Conman,” or whatever the hell he calls himself loves Jeremiah Wright as Obama surely does as well. At least the garbage mouth rapper admits his man love for Wright.
Maybe after this, Reid will invite him to the Cowboy Poetry festival that Harry is so proud of.

Obama has admitted to smoking dope and snorting coke and has never made any statements that it was wrong, which supports the drug culture;
Obama listens to Rap and even invites “gansta” rappers to party with him in the White Hut which supports and lends credence to rappers;
Obama’s fixation on basketball and hanging out with sports figures reinforces the “importance” of this segment of society;
So the message is fairly clear to the young black men in the American ghetto cities. Specifically,
If you don't do drugs or deal them
If you can't make money rapping
If you can't make it in sports
You ain't sh*t ‘bro.
