UPDATE: Brown was busted for assault last year at same McDonald’s
Meet Teonna Monae Brown.
The 18-year-old is facing assault charges for allegedly beating a woman in a Maryland McDonald’s (video of the brutal attack went viral late last week).
Brown, who lives several blocks away from the Baltimore-area eatery, was arrested Friday on three assault counts in connection with the April 18 assault of Chrissy Lee Polis, 22. A second alleged assailant, who is 14, has been charged as a juvenile.
Brown is pictured above in a mug shot released this morning by the Baltimore County Police Department.
A District Court filing reveals that Brown’s own sister approached cops to report that her sibling “had just told her that she assaulted a woman at the McDonald’s located at 6315 Kenwood Avenue.” Deshawn Brown added that her sister told her that the juvenile suspect “was with her and assaulted the woman too.”
In a police interview, the 14-year-old suspect admitted that she had been at the fast food restaurant with her friend Brown, and that they “both got into a fight with a woman over using the bathroom.”

I was there when a whole herd (OK 4 or 5) of them burst into a crowded men's room and took over a stall.
We applauded them.

Frankly, I don’t know how they could possibly have told that the “woman” was a transsexual, even if she hadn’t had all of the equipment removed, unless they went in the stall with her and watched her. Possibly they guessed “she” was a transsexual prostitute because no young white woman in her right mind was likely to be in that McDonalds’ alone at night...
In any case, that still doesn’t justify what they did to this person. They were just vicious, and the McDonalds’ employees were laughing and egging them on.
Well yes, as a matter of fact that is the primary relevant test. If you violate the rules that the government makes you go to jail or get fined.
If you voilate the rules that the church holds, or tradition suggests, usually you just get dirty looks or comments.
If, in fact, this beating had as a major cause the fact that the tranny was in the girls room then in this case it didn't work out that way. But still, the rule holds: we are supposed to follow the governments rules.
There is a lot of trouble down that road because the government has moved from being a supporter of the consensus reality and received tradition (mostly based on our Judeo-Christian heritage) into being agents of aggressive social change.
The resulting social chaos is well demonstrated in this event.
Regardless of the actions of the tranny I still say the beating was way, way, way over the top. You can't almost kill people who go in the wrong restroom. (He was clearly NOT a threat to them, there were no kids in there, he is post-op meaning he couldn't expose his male parts cause he doesn't have them, etc.)
The desire of some that post-op transexuals use the appropriate bathroom as if they are still their birth sex flies in the face of what "the rules" are. (And could also result in awkward situations like where a female-> male tranny went into the ladies room. I suspect the same poeple who are suggesting that this boy/girl use the mens room would not be real happy with a girl/boy using the girls room.
Regardless, I don't give the girls in this any kind of a pass. They behaved like animals and deserve a long sentence for their crimes.
That's different. But to deliberately have your body mutilated, and then expect people to consider you "transgendered" is bizarre.
I've known such a person personally and have always felt bad for him that he didn't get psychological help to solve his problem.
Hermaphrodites are a whole different story; this man is NOT a hermaphrodite from what the article showed.
I’m guessing that a certain world leader has spent millions of US$ to hide his birth certificate because he is listed as a hermaphrodite on the original birth documents.

This is exactly what got the Germans into trouble. The issue is “what rules does the government have the right to issue?” Can it tell us to give our children to pedophiles? Make us economic slaves? Require us to comply with Sharia?
Our government at all levels is lawless, and our acquiesence in the usurpations and lawlessness of the government is creating the social chaos that you mention.

I see you are a legal positivist. So, on that view if the government of Maryland says you can eat your children, and the SCOTUS agrees, you DO have the right to eat your children.
BTW, I do think he got more of a beat-down than he deserved. A good “pimp-slapping” would have sufficed.
