Regardless of present debate about the 14th ammendment, Under present US Gov't practice, a child born in USA can obtain a US Passport and is considered a citizen.
Why would Obama risk prison for bigamy ???
Who in the USA in 1962 would be able to know, or even care, about Obama Sr's marital status in Kenya?
Why would Obama risk the lose of his further education ???
How would that be a risk? If Obama had a US Passport and was assumed to be a US citizen, why would any college financial aid office question his status? Remember, all this only arose because Obama ran for President!
Barry was born in Indonesia. His mother was from Indonesia. She had been brought into the U.S. illegally and was working as a prostitute at one of the bars that Grandpa Dunham used to visit regularly (until his wife found out about the pregnant hooker).
So, they sent her back to Indonesia to have the baby. Then Stanley Ann brought the child back into the U.S. claiming it was hers, and Grandma/Grandpa raised the child, other than the period where he went back to Indonesia to attend grade school.
Anyone who believes Stanley Ann was the BIOLOGICAL mother, please show me a picture of Stanley Ann PREGNANT, or any record of her being in the hospital, or the name of the doctor who delivered the baby.
It has been confirmed Obama paid $2.6 million to the law firm that defended him in court in cases challenging his eligibility. It's unclear if he paid the law firm to do additional work.
But, why would he spend any money fighting those court cases if there wasn't something to hide?
This is almost certainly so. There are videos of FMD being interviewed. Two features stand out as familiar in the context of Barry O: 1. that pouchy thing he has under his bottom lip and the halting, 'umm-ing' manner of speech.
Davis' carnal proclivities are well known and it is quite likely that he had his way with three generations of Dunham, starting Stanley, then Stanley Ann, and 'Steve' being only the latest.
I'd bet serious money that DNA testing would show Barry has no biological connection to Obama Sr.
Barry's problem is that he has constructed a creation myth to cover the sordid FMD connection but it was done sloppily. If he stands by his story, he is not a natural born citizen because Obama Sr was Kenyan, not American. If he wants to reveal the true record so as to qualify as natural born he has to admit to decades of fraud, not to mention own up to a pretty seamy family.
Common sense says it IS millions. The estimate is based on the law firms involved, and the number of cases brought. And the number has to be going up daily.

And that would rip him to shreds. And also fit into theories about why he hasn’t released college transcripts, the whole SSN, thingy, the entire mess.
There is something going on here that he CANNOT come clean about, it would destroy any hope of a legacy.
Who cares what the amount is? The point is he paid considerable money to fight lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be President rather than simply provide the courts a copy of his long-form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii.
Why doesn't he want to show the birth certificate, assuming it exists?
I have always believed that he was registered as Barry Dunham because his father and mother were not married. His father already had a wife in Africa. His grandparents placed the announcement in the paper so things would appear normal. Many have said I am wrong because it is acceptable in the black community to be illegitimate, but times are much different now from what they were in the early 60’s. In the 60’s out of wedlock still carried a stigma that one did not want for one’s child or grandchild.
Which leads to Barry’s real problem, the cover-up. He has spent his whole life creating a fictitious autobiography that is beginning to crumble. One lie leads to many more and then one’s whole foundation is built on lies to support the original lie, not a safe place to be.
Hey listen, there's an entirely unexplored lie going on right under our noses. It's Bo?BS's Application for Admittance to the Bar of the State of Illinois. It is also a matter of public, accessible record. On that App, he lied when he denied ever having used a name other than Barack Hussein Obana, Jr.
He "voluntarily resigned" from the Bar in 2005 when he began his Senate campaign. Smart. Now, except for the app, all his bar records are sealed! Michelle was ordered off the bar, suspended by court order. Nice couple. Smart. Both lawyers, you know?
Furthermore, claims lawyer Hemenway of Hollister v Soetoro et al, it is highly probable that Bo?BS has to have an amended BC on file that shows his adoption by Lolo Soetoro, whereupon his name would have been legally changed to that of the adoptive father. It has never been legally changed back. Therefore, strictly speaking, it is entirely possible that BO?BS has been operating under a name not legally his. If I were doing that, I think I would suppress my BC, too!
Hemenway's legal theory does have the advantage of explaining the Mombasa MF's lie on his bar application. Amazing, is it not? The more we learn about him, the less we actually seem to know.
It is interesting to consider that they are willing to state that Barack Obama SR. was from Kenya... already outside the scope of Barack meeting the requirement for ‘natural born’ under the laws at that time. Now, even at that time a white girl having a black baby would be scandalous. Today, we’re not exactly fazed by such matters. And if it were some high ranking marxist/communist...again not surprised.
The left often projects their sins on the right and Righteous. Sarah Palin’s Trig controversy...
What if...what if it is more than that issue? What could be so damning? Recall the aunt claiming she was present at Barack’s birth? What if Stanley Ann was never pregnant to begin with...what if Barack is Kenyan through and through? What if his mother was really Barack Sr.’s first wife? Are there pictures of Ann pregnant?

Obama could put to rest the controversy. Whatever his reason for hiding the BC, it reveals concerns over his qualifications. One should at least know who the parents of the president are.
Frankly I don’t give a poop. My concern is the economy.

Force government Motors to put small turbo diesels in EVERYTHING
Put Kenny Bunk in charge of drilling in the Gulf of Maine
