The transgender victim of a brutal beat-down at a Maryland McDonald's broke her silence to call the attack a "hate crime," and says it's not the first time she's been assaulted.
Chrissy Lee Polis told the Baltimore Sun on Saturday the incident, which was captured on video and posted online, has left her "afraid to go outside."
"I want to cry, but I need to hold my head up," she said, adding that she's been beaten and sexually assaulted in the past because of her sexual identity.

I can respect, while completely disagreeing with, the position "no matter what you change you are still a guy." It has many logical problems but at least it's a statement derived from a worldview. But statements which are simply factually incorrect? FR needs a higher caliber of posting than that.
This certainly helps explain why the very same thing keeps happening to this guy.
What evidence of this do you have. The stories I have read is that one of the black girls thought she was looking at her boyfriend.? These people need to be branded or marked somehow so I know who they are so when they start some trouble I can run away before I get nailed for a hate crime.
Maybe you can lend out your white hood.
This happened last Wednesday. Where was it in the news other than here? Now, that the victim isn’t a White girl anymore, it’s news. Women are Second Class Citizens in the Ladies Room.
BTW, there is only one way the girls knew that this was a guy. Someone was standing in the stalls.

There is nothing racist about wanting to distance yourself and your loved ones from violent heathen savages who have repeatedly shown a pattern of violent behavior.

I do disagree that he is a “woman,” though. Cutting off male genetalia doesn’t produce a woman. I bet genetic testing would reveal a male, albeit a very confused mentally ill man.
Well, as far was “what will be done about it”, you’re right, there will be no “hate crime” charges pursued from the federal level, because the perps are “Holder’s people”.
But, ideologically, on the PC victim scale, the tranny DOES trump the melanin enhanced.

it’s about what group does more to destroy the traditional family as an institution.
Either a man or a woman can become an "it" by having their sexual organs removed.
A man cannot become a woman, and a woman cannot become a man. They can pretend all they want, and others may join with them in playing "let's pretend", but pretension is all it is.
The "reporter" who wrote the article apparently likes to play "let's pretend". The subject in question was neither a "she" OR a "woman".
Are these folks an "it" from birth? presumably they don't get to wear the clothes or partake of the activities of either "normal" gender, right? Hell, let's just be Christian and put them down like a lame horse and be done with it where the world can be simple enough for us to feel comfortable - howzat?

If true, it isn't too smart to take a stand for transgendered "rights" in restroom with gangsta girls.
Given how militant certain GLBT are, it wouldn't surprise me if that is how things went down.
The evidence was in the video. The 18-year old gangsta asks, "where I am I supposed to go to bathroom?" Someone else said the victims to was a man.
The guy taping the video said Chrissy got into a verbal confrontation with the two thugs.
None of that excuses the beating. But, it was an attack that precipitated by the fact the gangsta girls were angry about having to share a bathroom with what they thought was a man.
And that is your perogative as a parent.
Again, the “victim” wasn’t in the restroom when the assault was caught on “tape.” It was in the restaurant.
Keep in mind, this is a public place. Also, keep in mind, this “man” was supposedly a female (by a sex change operation). He ain’t into women/girls, he wants to be a girl.
We as a society don’t trust “there are no men in a ladies’ restroom.” Do “we as a society” also trust there’s no women in male restrooms? Cos, close to 30 yrs ago, women were using mens’ restrooms when nature called.
You shouldn’t send your 8 yr old daughter (or son) to a public restroom alone. Ever. It’s common sense.
The worst part about this whole case, in my opinion, is two people kept attacking another person when he/she was down. Any threat, if there was one, was no longer there. The person was already down.. No need to drag the person through the restaurant, come back for more, kick her/him in the head, etc.
I sure as hell don’t agree with or understand this “victim’s” lifestyle.
The ghetto culture is very interesting and it has changed somewhat over the years. But, the basics are still there.

What I did see on the video is two ghetto chicks (keep in mind what ghetto culture is...it doesn’t just mean blacks) beating down another person who was already down and not fighting back. Whatever issues these three had with each other doesn’t really matter. Two on one, and continuing to beat on someone already down. That is something I will never understand.
I still think this case is two black chicks beating on someone they thought was a white chick who dissed them in some way. It’s common. That the so called victim is a transgendered person just adds to our current victim mentality society.
Bottom line for me watching the video is two against one and that one was down when the assault continued.

Suppose you are a man out with your daughter. Should you, as an adult male, accompany your 8 year old daughter to the ladies room? Or take her to the men’s?
Suppose you are a woman out with your son. Should you, an adult woman, accompany your 8 year old son to the men’s? Or take him to the womens’?
At some point honesty needs to get its nose under the tent. MEN SHOULD NOT BE IN WOMEN”S BATHROOMS. They just should not.
I am not as worried about women in men’s, except for an embarassment factor, because I have NEVER heard of a woman molesting or sexually assaulting a man or boy in a bathroom. You can correct me if I’m wrong.
As for the man not being in the bathroom at the time of the assault, fair enough. I am not advocating this beating, anyway. I am just saying that it was not entirely unprovoked, and those warping themselves to the political correctness frame need to understand that it makes people very threatened and very angry when men pop up in the ladies’ room.
