and how do you classify people born with mixed genital structures? Before you say "genetic testing" you should know that there are people with a genetic structure which is neither XX or XY, and there are those who's genetics say one thing and there genital physiology says something else.
Are these folks an "it" from birth? presumably they don't get to wear the clothes or partake of the activities of either "normal" gender, right? Hell, let's just be Christian and put them down like a lame horse and be done with it where the world can be simple enough for us to feel comfortable - howzat?

From all accounts, this person isn't a hermaphrodite and also not an XXY or similar. This is a person with a serious mental disorder that mainstream psychology is not allowed to treat for political reasons.

You didn’t ask me, but I’d give a pass to a true hermaphrodite and let that person choose their gender and dress/behave accordingly.
I am not afraid of true hermaphrodites in situations where women and girls are vulnerable, i.e. bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, etc.
