Two women are charged after a video showing a brutal attack on a teenage girl at a Baltimore-area McDonald's restaurant surfaced on the internet Friday.
According to the Baltimore Sun, police have charged a 14-year-old girl as a juvenile, and charges are pending for her 18-year-old accomplice. The attack reportedly occurred April 18 at the 6300 Kenwood McDonalds location.
The Sun is also reporting that States Attorney Scott D. Shellenberger says that the assault may be classified as a hate crime because the attackers were both black, and the victim white.

I don’t know if the whole “transvestite” thing is true, but...
IF you have a penis, you have no business in the women’s room.
None.
Nada.
Zip.
Maybe I’m just old fashioned, but if this were true, and ass-kicking just may have been in order.
Incoming!!!
“Straight-on-transgendered”
The worker who video taped the attack say that the victim was a man dressed as a woman in the woman’s restroom. Finding a man in the woman’s restroom apparently provoked the attack.
The hair on the floor could have been his wig.
No one should be attacked like that. Makes you see why they are arguing for transgendered bathrooms.
Did anyone say the cops were coming, BEFORE this woman's skull was bashed??? Come on, ham it up a little for the sake of a life. Use your brain if you can't legally use your brawn. Good grief. The bottom line is: They enjoyed this IMO. They made no attempt to stop it.
The funny thing is, here I have a guy make a point (and it's valid) that I could get shot breaking up a fight, but yet THE ONLY PERSON WHO REALLY HAD THE COURAGE TO STEP UP TO STOP IT WAS AN OLD WOMAN.
I understand your point.
Those who watched and did nothing are complicit.
I don’t know where the men in our society are, but its noticeable that in spite of many claims here that nobody came to the victim’s defense, one person did.
An old white lady, from a generation not indoctrinated with the fatal sickness of cultural Marxism.

1) Be prepared. Learn, train, be aware of your surroundings.
2) Never get angry, it interferes with your decisions and skill.
3) Know the political and legal climate of the area, collateral damage is generally never tolerated. You can't help anyone from prison.
4) Sometimes you can help in only limited ways, don't bite off more than you can chew, you can't help anyone dead.
5) The police and the law are not your friends.
Where is the outrage from Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton??? NOPE, nothing, but turn the situation around & all hell would break loose over this!
Welcome to Obama’s America.
“I suspect that without the cellphone video everybody NOT black would have gone to jail...”
I’ve used the video camera twice to calm a situation. The first time was at the Hillary Clinton health care juggernaut in Seattle back after Bill was first elected. It was getting dicey between one of the protesters and a group of Hillary supporters. I pointed my camera at her supporters and they calmed down real quick. :)
The other was when Newt Gingrich came to town a year or two later. Same situation but at night. I pointed the camera at the liberals who were flipping sh$$ at us and they shut up real fast.
That said, people today don’t seem to get it. Especially if they were raised in a certain urban culture. And now with my 720P video feature on my Galaxy S I can get them in their full HD glory. And I’m not afraid to use it. However, when around animals like we see in this video, one must treat them as though they were a pride of Lions. You must be better armed than them and not afraid to use it.
And all that that implies...

Yes!
I would have loved to be in that place. A chair across the back of one of them girls would have calmed her down considerably.
I have a black friend who was born and raised in Baltimore. In all the years I knew him, he never made a trip home to visit the relatives. When I asked him why, he gave me some sort of non-answer, but I picked up on the fact that he was determined to never step foot in the place again.
I'm beginning to understand why.
Most whites are not naturally violent and generally grow up in homes of less violence and more stability where problems are not ‘solved’ by beatings and fighting. Many whites have white guilt. They also don’t want the race card tossed at them. They also don’t want a potential swarm of other blacks to jump in and whale on them.
I wonder how the Chinese would have handled such an assault in thier country. I’m sure the attack would have been stopped and the criminals put in a pine box.
Especially on part of blacks. Look at how they revel in being able to be openly vicious to whites and others around them.
Even in my (much) younger days, I would have had second thoughts about working for any company that had rules such as that.
As a matter of fact, I can pretty much guarantee you that I would have passed on working for a company that didn't have the good sense to have at least a couple of baseball bats behind the counter, with instructions to the staff to "use as needed for self-defense."
I wouldn't have felt safe working in a place where the staff was told to stand down, if confronted with a violent customer.
Agree totally .. it’s over.
You must not be paying attention, then, because there is about one of these types of videos per week, now.
I used to run a covert pickup and delivery service for United States Marines, and I often discussed their daily plans with them.
Interestingly, a Marine has a plan to kill everyone he meets.
A good Samaritan should have a plan to kill everyone he meets and stay out of jail, too. It's a lot harder than a Marine's.
