We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonald’s strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.
The local big news org in Baltimore, WBAL has nothing about this on their website. I sent them an e-mail with the Drudge link and McDonald’s corporate site which verifies it and asked them why they have not reported it. WBAL.com if you are interested.You can contact them.

I think the girl just died. Near the end she went into a seizure indicating severe brain trauma and brain swelling.

Over the years I have read several instances where people standing by like this were prosecuted and convicted if memory serves correctly. Negligence was the charge.
It would be like watching a 2 year old wander on a busy highway and just sitting there watching as he was hit by a truck. Could have prevented it but didn’t = negligence. If I’m wrong, I’ll gladly own up to it.
But I wholeheartedly agree we must all be prepped for this crap to the best of our ability.
I read elsewhere that it was the store on Liberty Road near Randallstown just off the beltway. No way of knowing if this is accurate, but it is certainly an area where I could see such a thing happening. Most of Balto is a hell hole. This place is no different.
I would be interested in knowing how long it took the police to get there. I emailed the Baltimore Sun asking if they had any intentions of reporting on this hate crime. I don't expect a response.

At 1:07 they return to beat he/r and that is when the white victim loses the long brown wig and has shorter blond hair.
The two girls are dragging the victim by its short blond hair. Not the long dark hair you see in the beginning.
Maybe it is just a tall woman in a dark wig. I could be wrong. The vicious beating is still not justified either way.

Technically it is first degree murder, because they left the store and decided to come back and punish the white girl some more. The first part of the fight can be argued as heat of the argument (manslaughter if victim died), but return the second time it becomes premeditated (first degree murder if victim died). I think someone posted the girl did die.
SOMEONE should have phoned 911 IMMEDIATELY. This is attempted murder in my opinion. Just look at that young woman having a seizure. I’m sorry those responsible need to pay and pay big for this ATTACK.
