SOMEONE should have phoned 911 IMMEDIATELY. This is attempted murder in my opinion. Just look at that young woman having a seizure. I’m sorry those responsible need to pay and pay big for this ATTACK.
Snitching is discouraged in their culture. The police is the enemy (and of some folks on FR, too).
