We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonald’s strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter.

We will close this franchise until the investigation is complete. Furthermore,

McDonalds extends every sympathy and offer of support to the assault VICTIM and will work tirelessly to fire and prosecute ANY employee heard or observed aiding the attackers by warning them of police, or by the taking of video, etc. We will NOT tolerate in any way, this type of VIOLENCE in our workplace and will do everything legally possible to make sure justice is served; justice to the victim, justice to the attackers and any administrative and punitive measures at our legal disposal in terms of our own employees.

We as a company are OUTRAGED!

Violence in another Mc Donalds almost kills customer

Then arrested, charged as an accessory to attempted murder and personally sued for everything they currently or will ever have.

Then sentenced to provide care for the victim (providing he/she lives) perpetually on a work release.

Then we can really hold them accountable.

Talk about understatements.

This McDonalds should be closed, taped off as a crime scene until Police investigation is done, and then ultimately torn to the ground. This is the least McDonalds should do. Granted McDonalds should not be held directly responsible for these animals but they need to do more in this case.

I agree with the person who said that our nation has not been this divided since the Civil War. Our President, First Lady, and their friends and appointees are, in large part, responsible for the current rise of racism. Here in the South and throughout America most white people — rich, poor, well-educated, or barely educated — have made an effort to see all people as God's children, only to have the kind of behavior seen in this video thrown in our faces. I can feel my attitude toward black Americans slipping backward, and I'm ashamed.

It is towards the end of the video when they were dragging her outside. At least two extremely large pieces of her scalp and long hair lay on the floor by her.

This goes beyond hideous and brutal. These people are pure evil.

I don’t know if this is true, but on another thread, a couple of FReepers analyzed the video and audio and they think this may be a different storyline than first suspected. They think this was a perv in drag and possibly was drug out of the women’s restroom. They claim they heard someone yell it was a guy and there was a wig that fell off him early on in the video.

If it was a perv in the women’s restroom, it really does give a different take.

I don’t know though, I haven’t gone back to review what they said against the video.

Agree....to see that poor girl having seizures was utterly scary and pure evil on the part of the women. Blunt force trauma would cause this?
