We will close this franchise until the investigation is complete. Furthermore,
McDonalds extends every sympathy and offer of support to the assault VICTIM and will work tirelessly to fire and prosecute ANY employee heard or observed aiding the attackers by warning them of police, or by the taking of video, etc. We will NOT tolerate in any way, this type of VIOLENCE in our workplace and will do everything legally possible to make sure justice is served; justice to the victim, justice to the attackers and any administrative and punitive measures at our legal disposal in terms of our own employees.

What’s McDonald’s written policy on handling attacks by customers on customers or staff? They’ve got one. The man in the blue shirt is probably the manager, the assistant manager of the franchise or the owner. What training does McDonald’s provide to cover situations like this?
