This, the first of a series of articles on the Obama home at 5046 S. Greenwood, establishes that three individuals other than Obama are listed in public records as owners and taxpayers on the property.
Barack Obama is not among at least three people listed as current owners and taxpayers of the mansion his family calls home in Chicago's upscale Kenwood neighborhood, according to public records.
WND reported in December 2008 that William Miceli, the attorney for convicted political operative Tony Rezko and a fundraiser for Obama, owns the Obama home at 5046 S. Greenwood.

Living in a house rent free is a form of income, so how much did he claim as income on his tax report?
The thread yesterday stated he claimed property tax deduction on his IRS forms, on this house.
I think the mortgage deduction has been on their taxes. Check their return. Now that doesn’t mean the others also aren’t claiming it, but the question of why 3 people are on the title is a good one.
How is the mortgage in his name if he doesn’t own the house?

This is just a little insurance policy in case Obama is thrown out of office in disgrace. The government won’t be able to easily take away the house if it isn’t in his name.

Whoa! On his 2009 Taxes, one of the only parts redacted (struck out with a black box) is the “Property Index Number for the property listed above”, where he took a deduction for property taxes paid.
Why would 0bama need to hide the Property Index Number? Because it is a different property than people expect?
