"nearly 15 people" ?

wouldn't it have been easier to just say "14 people"?

If I could stick a knife in my heart
Suicide right on stage
Would it be enough for your teenage lust
Would it help to ease the pain? Ease your brain?

While the scene shocked patrons, one of Walker’s friends, who did not want to be named, told a local television station he saw it coming.

It appears the kid could have used better friends, being as how this one "saw it coming" but did nothing.

"I've been preparing for it for a while. I'm sad about it, but I think I'm in shock -- it's like a whirlwind of emotions," Walker's friend told KZTV.

This has GOT to be about one of the CRAPPIEST Generation Millenium type phrases I have heard in a long time. I hope it does not reflect the shape of things to come in our world. This kind of reminds me of Kitty Genovese. All kinds of opportunities to stop it, but nobody does a damned thing.

Just more ‘art’ funded by the NEA. We morons are simply too dumb to understand it. *SNORT*

Apparently no one ever told him the old line about ‘break a leg’ on opening night. If they had, maybe he’d still be alive.

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

1 Peter 5:8

Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.

Eph 5:15,16

Proving once again that at some point God shook the continent by the Mississippi River, and the fruits and nuts rolled all the way to both coasts, with Oregon catching more than their fair share...

I guess the reason some people commit suicide is because they think the world is filled with only cruel, heartless, b_stards. Wonder why anyone would think that?

How can you be that upset with yourself for playing a few bad notes on the keyboard?

All kidding aside, there are some who take life or their problems way too seriously... "How fragile we are." (Sting)
