2011 Boston TEA Party Rally Disrupted by Union Thugs (illegally?) enabled by Boston Police (Parts 1,2,3)

Just as the 2011 Boston TEA Party rally was beginning, a group of Public Sector Union thugs marched in, planted themselves directly in front of the podium and blocked the speakers. They chanted offensive slogans on the 3 megaphones they had brought and continued to do so for the entire 2 hours! The Boston Police, also Public Sector Union members, came in and stood in front of them. The police did not ask the disruptors to leave, even after Michael Graham on the bandstand directly asked them to leave. We had a permit to have the rally at that location and the police enabled these people to disrupt our rally for the entire time. Do you think the Boston Police would allow us to stand in force directly in front of a Union rally speaker and shout offensive slogans and engage in name calling for the ENTIRE RALLY? They did NOT have the permit to assemble at that location on the common, we did. What do you think?

The media is reporting this as if nothing happened. The Police swept the bandstand with a K-9 unit before we began. Looks like the unions (police AND protesters) were trying to start and/or find some trouble for us. They didn't get it. We were successful in avoiding any bad press, they were unsuccessful. Had they been, the media and the Boston Police would have been all over us like flies on you know what. The press, as usual, did NOT report the facts honestly. Treating us like crap as usual.

We may ALL have to start carrying, regardless of where we live. Monday is the TEA Party in Wilmington, DE. There are a few “open carryers”, so we’ll see what happens.

“The Police, by their inaction, have shown their allegiance to the union thugs; not to the citizens.”

And this is why the police (& firefighters) should not be permitted to unionize!

If anyone wonders why the FEDS having been giving more and more military equipment to the COPS, wake up, it’s to become Americans Gestapo. The goons are in place and given the chance will act just like the German version. Power corrupts is a truth.

It’s unnerving to think about what the next generation - indoctrinated to support homosexuality, socialism, abortion, disregard for the Constitution - will bring. Maybe it’s already here.

Have you ever read "Sundown at Coffin Rock"?

If police unions side with other government unions against the taxpayers, we'll have a dynamic leading to CW2.

In a SHTF scenario, police would be well advised to focus on the usual rabble-rousers: Los Angeles rioters, post-Katrina looters, and window-breaking anarchists.

Opening a second front against otherwise patriotic, 2nd Amendment-exercising citizens (many of whom are ex-military and/or experienced hunters) would be ill advised.

My memories of unions go back to days in the early 1930s. My mother who was an immigrant wanted just to work to get ‘bread’ money. The union organizers/thugs kept harassing her to not cross the lines and my mother would come home crying at night. This is not to say the factory owners were without blame in those times. However. the childhood experience shaped my belief that there are people in this Nation/world who are basically like pack animals. They do not on their own want to earn their due, instead they want what they want by ‘packing’ and taking from others. The worst aspect of this is that the ordinary persons in the pack/union deliver themselves to the alfa person who gets control of the pack/union most often by thug intimidation. As I see what goes today the scenario plays out in all ‘public’ unions including cops, firemen, etc. Unions of these ‘public’ servants as operated today should be under public control as set by public vote not officials who like the pack animals sell themselves to unions.

“Have you ever read “Sundown at Coffin Rock”? “

Just looked it up and read it. Thanks.

It left me with a sinking feeling. It’s not too hard to point to examples of this happening right now.

My wife and I have decided to home school after this school year ends. My youngest came home from school shortly after MLK jr. day and stated that MLK jr. ought to replace George Washington on the one dollar bill - something she’d picked up at school.

We’ve started prepping (hopefully, not too late) for if/when things spiral completely out of control. There are days that I think it’s too late already.

I have a permit to carry... but what do you do? Show the weapon in front of the Boston Police? Who are NOT our friends... that wouldn’t work out too well! They’d probably use it as an excuse to put Mass under martial law, for heaven’s sake!

And there were lots of folks who didn’t need to buy any guns who were concentrating on buying ammo. Don’t forget to BLOAT.

Buy
Lots
Of
Ammo
Today

A lesson of the Rodney King riots is that you won’t be able to buy it when you really need it.

Thank you for doing that.
I need to fix the title on the FR article, however... do you know how to do that? (it should be “2011”, not “011”, obviously)...

Ping the mods and ask nicely. If you hit “Report abuse” and then immediately explain there is no abuse, just a requested title correction, they’ll see it more quickly.

Being a libertarian type, has Boortz taken a philosophical position on the modern professional uniformed police force?
