Fact: Obama sent tax paid attorneys around the nation to prevent the release of his birth certificate. He **wasted** DOJ resources at time when terrorists were plotting to blow up Times Square, explode a plane out of the sky over Detroit, and KILL our soldiers on their bases and recruitment centers. Fact: The only proof offered to the American people have been Internet images of dubious origin and likely forgeries, highly masturbated statements from Fukino that clarify nothing, and hearsay from Lingle and Abercrombie. Gee! A you wonder why rational Americans are unimpressed?

False. His family and his official bio say he was born in Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu. This claim of 2 hospitals was based on a journalistic translation error (Kapiolani - hawaii’s last queen vs “Queens” medical ctr).

False. She said he was born in Hawaii repeatedly in the interview with Rev McRae, one in which McRae tried to put words in her mouth on this matter. He failed, she corrected him, and yet birthers have taken a bogus splicing of the interview to somehow ‘justify’ this claim.
Here’s what birthers leave out of the interview:
McRae: Okay, uh, when I come in December I would like to go by the, the place, the hospital where he is born. Uh, could you tell me where he was born? Was he born in Mombasa? (Long pause) . . .
Translator: No, no — what? . . . No! Obama was not born in Mombasa. He was born in America.
McRae: Wh-whereabouts, whereabouts was he born? I, I thought he was born in Kenya.
Translator: No he was born in America, not in Mombasa.
McRae: OK. Do you know whereabouts he was born?
Translator: Huh?
McRae: Do you know where he was born? I thought he was born in Kenya. I was gonna go by and see where he was born. . . .
Translator: Sir, she says he was born in Hawaii.
McRae: OK.
Translator: Yeah, in 1960 this was Hawaii, where his father, his father was also marrying there. This was Hawaii.
McRae: OK. . . . I thought you said she was present. Was she, was, was she, was she able to see him being, being born in, in Hawaii? . . .
Translator: No, no! The, the woman was not present. She was uh not, a what — you see, she was here in Kenya, and Obama was born in America. That is, that’s obvious.

They don't announce "his" birth. The newspaper ads say a baby *boy* was born. Furthermore, who's "Mrs. Obama?" Kezia Aoko? And, why is "Obama Sr's address listed as 6085 Kalanianaole Highway when there is no record of Obama Sr. living there, much less in 1961?
I am sure it scares the Hell out of the Supreme Court — including two of my greatest heroes, Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas.
However, both those gentlemen, as well as the other Justices, need to be reminded that this sort of problem comes with the Robes and that not all decisions are going to be easy or cost free.

The COLB is the document you get when you request birth certification; it is sufficient to get a passport and drivers license. The certificate number for Obama’s COLB that’s been published (see below) lines up with other certificate numbers given out at Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu, the Honolulu hospital where he claims he was born.

Even Rush, who has a massive contract with Clear Channel, is very careful about the hints he drops despite his ratings. Trump’s appearance tomorrow should give us an idea about where Ruch stands.

1. COLB shows he was born in Honolulu
* Is not even a complete COLB, missing information.
2. 2 newspaper announcements in Aug 1961 in Honolulu announced his birth
* Means nothing, anyone can put an announcement in the newspaper.
3. specific hospital where he was born named.
* When was this done?
4. It was where his mother met her father and where they both lived and went to school
* And the point here is what?
5. His birth information is on file with state records
* Have you seen it? How do you know as no one has seen it.
6. State officials have vouched for his state records and state he was born in Honolulu.
* Have you seen it? Some have said they have seen it (will not show it), some say it does not exist, some say they have seen it but now it’s gone.
* So bottom line, where is the birth certificate?
Evidence Obama was born somewhere else:
* Really? How about his Kenyan family members, his wife....
* Maybe he was born in the USA but why has he spent over $2 million, to prevent anyone from seeing the original BC, what is he hiding?
* Why has he sealed his college records. what is he hiding?
* Why are people form his past coming forward to tell us about young Barry or Steve or Barak or whatever he went by?

Ever hear the tale about Beck being flattened by Ron Rohmer, a 70-something CT deejay whom Beck liked to ridicule?
He spotted Beck at a party and dropped him.
How can Beck go so deep into all the other issues - trying to squeeze all in one show, so many black boards - and not get the Constitution on who is qualified to be President?
How can he not understand the reasoning behind “natural born citizen”? How can he not understand why the founders would want to be sure of a person’s allegiances?
