Uh, because he looked at the evidence and like most rational people who look at the evidence concluded there was no basis or evidence to seriously question Obama’s eligibility or his official place of birth.
Evidence Obama was born in Honolulu:
1. COLB shows he was born in Honolulu
2. 2 newspaper announcements in Aug 1961 in Honolulu announced his birth
3. specific hospital where he was born named.
4. It was where his mother met her father and where they both lived and went to school
5. His birth information is on file with state records
6. State officials have vouched for his state records and state he was born in Honolulu.
Evidence Obama was born somewhere else:

I don’t understand the whole Beck thing. Short excerpts from his show give me a headache. I’ve listened to clips that were supposed to be hilarious, and I winced more than laughed. His sense of humor just irks me. He once pulled a practical joke (for want of a better term), to the effect that Bush had pardoned the two railroaded border agents—Ramos and Campion—for Thanksgiving. Then Beck revealed it was actually a pair of turkeys that got pardoned. I turned him off, and thus permanently ended my brief experiment with listening to Beck.
Well well well. Here’s anoother self serving part of the problem. There is no excuse for Beck or these other hired hands (yes that is what they now are) telling everyone that either 0h0mo is legitimate, or that it doesn’t matter, or that he’s been vetted, or that even if not, it’s a losing issue/doesn’t matter. “American principles” are more important?
So p***ing on the Constitution is fine? An entire criminal enterprise that got the fraud into the White House and is keeping him there isn’t an offense to American principles?
These wankers are paid prostitutes and/or gutless cowards; either way they’re as much a part of the problem as the actual perpetrators of the crime.

If insisting on the rule of law means harm to the country, then it’s not a country I want to be part of.
We’re talking about a multitude of crimes and cover-up from a multitude of government agencies. We’re talking about laws and rules being blatantly violated while law enforcement, the courts, the media, and Congress stand by and ridicule those who still think this is actually America.
This is not a side issue. This is the essence of everything America is about - rule by laws not by men.

Beck's an idiot, and so are the others who believe Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution doesn't matter.
The fact that they will never release a thing of substance tells me this is a great issue to pound away on. Much like John Kerry and the Swift Boaters, what is he going to say? That he wasn't born here? That his BC has something on it which he wants to keep concealed? The answer is no to both.
Instead, all he can do is to attempt to discredit those asking the questions, just like Kerry attempted to do. Problem is (for Team Obama), the issue has become to widely known. The more he dodges the simple resolution to the question, the less credible he appears, even to some of his supporters.
Beck is right. If I was Obama and everyone was distracted with this issue and not paying attention to others, I would not produce the birth certificate.
The birth certificate issue is almost as bad as the lady that was mad at Rush today because Rush thought the whimpy budget “savings” were a wasted effort in light of the serious budget/deficit problem.

As the news media pointed out to trump not to long ago, a COLB is NOT legal proof of birth nor is it accepted any where as proof, just as trump knew they would. Plus, the digital copy(not a paper copy)of the COLB shown on the internet was fake and not the real deal. You, and beck, are full of sh**.
