Memo to Beck: Perhaps the most important single element of American exceptionalism is a written Constitution that has lasted far longer than any other in the history of the world. For good reasons, that Constitution requires that the highest office holder in our government be a natural born citizen. And relevant to the determination of natural born citizenship is a birth certificate!
All our major government officials are sworn to uphold and protect the Constitution. That's because if we don't see to it that the Constitution is enforced and protected whenever threatened - from both within and without, we will lose our Constitution and the exceptionalism it has fostered!

One of our problems today is that the population has had sentiment substituted for virtue. We have a population that thinks “democracy” when they are trying to understand the workings of “republic.” Within the current citizenry you have a large percentage of people that have no knowledge of there forebearers or parentage. And within that group with mixed race, illegitimate and legitimate you have many that see themselves somewhat like Obama, parents somewhat cloudy, and claims against his candidacy sound just like the demands for the Poll Tax in the Jim Crow era, an amount just high enough to keep them from voting.
To this group, the fact that he was born to an American mother, obviously living in Oahu, makes all else so much a way to "disqualify" one of them -- a person without the pedigree of the prosperous by the demands of a poll tax.
Obviously, he his citizenship in the Natural Born definition is flawed, birth certificate found or not, as his father was a British subject.
The current "understanding" is so shallow, that many will never see the issue for what it is, a requirement to prevent usurpers with no alliegence -- just what we have.
The Becks and Levins know the majority of the understanding must be won and arguements that "he didn't pay the poll tax" are DOA with too many in our nation. That is why they think of it as a side issue and unworth the effort.
Well, since most of us have no relationship with either Clear Channel or Willard Romney or Jon Huntsman, I don’t think it is US who are straying from the pursuit of the truth.
Let’s just keep slinging the slop at Zer0 the way the left does to our heroes and stars.

Some say his original birth name was Steve Dunham (indicating he is the real Bastard we all have come to expect). Some say his real father was (commie) Frank Marshall Davis. Almost anything is possible, but there has never been any proof of where he was actually born. NONE...
