He’s probably a communist but to be fair, he’s old enough to remember the original version without that part and was probably used to saying it that way in school.
To: khnyny
Harry Reed is a communist heathen, shocking I know!

There's a day of reckoning coming for human filth like Harry Reid and his ilk............
"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."

That makes him anti-Christian (using the Dems own playbook rules). He’s a Christophobe (just like those who question isam are “islamophobes”).

It sounds like he’s making an historic reference, in which case, “under God” was not in the Pledge back then.

Two things: he is probably referring to when he said it as a kids, 150 yrs ago and as a Mormon he would have to say “under gods”.

Harry Reid Omits "Under God" While Citing Pledge Of Allegiance You worry too much, Harry. Don't you remember that Masons have already pledged not to be bound by any other oath except to the Masons? You need to sign up for a remedial course at the Lodge - you'll sleep better.

Reid is older than myself. Under God was NOT in the Pledge for my first 7 years of school. And I’m not sure if all schools added it immediately.

Harry is playing games and trying to show his supporters, in his own sneaky way, how clever and intellectual he is...what a puke. History has nothing to do with it - Harry wants to undermine the very idea of God in the public forum for his own purposes.
