Donald Trump, who has been making television appearances calling for President Barack Obama to release his official birth documents, on Monday released his birth certificate exclusively to Newsmax.
The document released to Newsmax is below. It showed Trump was born in New York, June 14, 1946.

So all Trump has managed to do is muddy the waters even more.
This is the document that has the baby’s footprints on one side, and info about the baby hand written on the other side. It is usually filled out in the delivery room, and later given to the parents. I don’t know the technical name for it, but that isn’t the long form birth certificate.
It’s the hospital’s “certificate of birth” or something like that. The long form birth certificate is on file with the state, and the state holds the original copy.
As someone stated, the forms look nothing alike.
The Donald is playing stupid. He’s waiting for a credible source to tell him that’s not his long form BC. Then the story will get longer legs and more attention.

But on The Donald's short form at least you see a doctor's signature plus another signature and a hospital listed. Obongo's short form (certification of live birth) shows neither...or does it
What Donald produced seems to be the kind of BC the hospital has on file. Not the city or county.
The example COLB doesn’t have a box for the religion of the mother or father. One of the theories why Obama refuses to release the COLB is that it ‘Muslim’ written on it.

I could produce my original birth certifate in less than five minutes. It’s in a file, with ALL of the family’s birth certificates.
I’ve had to produce it for:
1. obtaining a ss number
2. Getting married
3. providing info for my own children’s birth certificates
4. to become a nurse.
Now, if a simple everyday NURSE can’t be a nurse w/o one ...how can he be president w/o one? Who signed off on his presidency? Oh right ...that was Nancy Pelosi.
Nor does it have the baby’s race on it. The other oft-speculated thing.
