MADISON, Wis -- The Wisconsin law taking away collective bargaining rights that a court had ordered not to be published by the secretary of state has been published instead by the Legislative Reference Bureau.
The action was noted on the Legislature's home page Friday. It's not immediately clear whether the publication has the force of law. But if legally published, the law takes effect Saturday.
A judge last week issued a temporary restraining order blocking Secretary of State Doug La Follette from publishing the law.

Good.
It’s about time we start playing hardball like the dim-bulb-crats.
Git ‘em! Make the judge enforce the order with her own delicate hands. Bwahahahahaha!
Heh heh heh! Time for the union freaks to start banging on the pots and pans again! LOL!!! Whinyass morons!
Wow, this appears to be nicely played.
They'll not get over this embarrassment soon.!
Can we say the law has been “deemed to be reconciled”
The mirror image of Obamacare.
I like!
Reminds me of an old tag line that someone on this site used to use about 8 years ago.
It was addressed to all those numbskulls who “stood on their PRINCIPALS.”
I loved it because it yanks the house speaker’s shorts, and all the rhinos who think they MUST play by the rules.
“Refusing to stoop to your enemy’s level, only ever gets you cut off at the knees!”
Looks like we have a new breed of conservative who are not going to handcuff themselves to their own “principles”.
Being principled is good. And once you win the battle, you can make your principles count.
But when you are getting your head beaten in, you need to rethink your battle strategy.
Just a thought.
DOH! Grammar and spelling Nazi!
stood on their PRINCIPALS.
Sheesh! PRINCIPLES!!
(grovelling deeply) Very Sorry.
The next step in implementation of that law would be the publication of that law by the Secretary of State. He is restrained and enjoined from such publication until further order of this court. If in fact that was NOT the next step, but that there were parallel methods for the publication (as suggested here), it looks like they haven't even violated the court's order.
stood on their PRINCIPALS.
I thought that was intentional, I thought quite funny, considering what is going on in WIS
I love it and can’t quit smiling.
I say we deem these patriotic Wisconsin conservatives a “Kill Team”, and send them all to D.C.
I am wondering, what is our answer to the claim of a 24 hr rule. Doesn’t this need 2 b answered?
Of course I’m totally down on the dems. But still.
They are finally playing like the rats, except doing it legally. Kudos.
There is an old Manchurian saying,”weak nations invoke principles, strong nations fire cannons”.
Bwahahahahahahaha!!!!!! I love these guys!!!!!!
No, Wisconsin obviously needs them. But how's that cloning technology progressing?
