SCOTUS smacks down Ninth Circuit again

Supreme Court unanimous reversals of the Ninth Circuit are becoming so common as to be almost yawn inducing.
Today comes the latest reversal of a Ninth Circuit ruling in favor of a sex offender who attacked a 72-year-old woman. In short, the big bench once again was forced to remind the S.F.-based court that it is supposed to defer to local court decisions.

This is part of a plan by the Ninth Circus. The radical leftist Stephen Reinhardt has been quoted as saying the Supremes are too busy to shoot down every one of their rulings so they will keep throwing them up knowing some will go through.

Some time ago, I read in a local legal paper that approximately 94% of the 9th Circuit’s decisions were overturned by SCOTUS.
