"Ive learned you cant just trust the media to set the record straight. Republicans have the fighting instinct of sheep sometimes."
All together now, boom, there it is, boom, there it is!
No, it isn’t Sarah.
It’s time for a conservative American patriot to be president.
The genetalia of said person isn’t important.
I think I’ll be looking elsewhere.
I’m tired of typical stupidity such as this.
I’m, still, hoping for a final ‘12 GOP Presidential ticket of, either, Sarah Palin/Herman Cain, or Sarah Palin/Allen West.
Two things.
First, the author doesnt seem to quote her, it looks more like summaries. So until someone shows a quote where she said it, I wont hold it against her.
Second, if the conservative movement devolves into identity politics and doing things for the sake of something other than protecting the Constitution, then it will not survive as a movement.
Good grief, the feminist speaks........
Wow.
“You have to have the boldness and courage of setting the record straight. Especially when they have made their choice Im not just going to sit back and take it. Ive learned you cant just trust the media to set the record straight. Republicans have the fighting instinct of sheep sometimes. I dont play the victim card when they do choose to set the election straight. “
No more of Bush’s hiding from the media misdirection.
I’m all in.
That's what Hillary thought would get her elected.
The last thing Sarah Palin needs to do is remind anyone that she is a woman. I like it better when she goes after the issues and not hide behind her genre. That's what liberals do.
Very good statement by Sarah, especially in India where they know strong women leaders like Indira Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.
This is an excellent move by Sarah to visit the two countries who along with the US face Islamic terrorism. The contacts she makes here will be invaluable when she becomes President.
I bet Obama is seething with jealousy.
Uh, no Sarah. As much as I like her, this is a ridiculous statement. What it is time for is a person who is serious about righting this sinking ship of a country and who will not take crap from the leftists/marxists in this country (many in the halls of congress). It’s time to treat shady politicians with equal application of the law and measuring these individuals for orange jumpsuits and a proper fit while everything said pol was involved with gets defunded. It’s time to turn off the fed reserve spigot and without doubt it is a time to treat American citizens equally and knock off the “special interest” group thinking. There is NO right to absolute happiness, only the right to pursue happiness WITHOUT infringing on another citizens liberty.
That, Sarah, is just a partial of “what it is time for”.
That is one damn tough babe!
Palin has always thought like this. Here is a quote by her said during her VP announcement speech in 2008:
“I can’t begin this great effort without honoring the achievement of Geraldine Ferraro in 1984 and of course, Hillary Clinton, who showed determination in her presidential campaign,” Palin said. “It was rightly noted in Denver this week that Hillary left 18 million cracks in the highest, hardest glass ceiling in America. But it turns out the women of America aren’t finished yet, and we can shatter that glass ceiling once and for all.”
I didn’t like that then; I don’t like this now.
Another great presentation by Sarah Palin. The anti-Palin folks will seize on her ‘time for a woman president’ comment to bash her and justify their refusal to support her, citing ‘gender politics’. So be it, we all have our opinions. However, I’m pretty sure Sarah Palin said that with a big smile and hardly expects to be elected, much less nominated by a political party whose ‘leaders’ are hostile to her, based on her gender. Frankly, just as Obama’s race was a carefully avoided issue in 2008, Palin’s gender will also be an issue that will be ostensibly avoided while remaining a factor in the 2012 presidential election. My guess is that Palin’s female gender will hurt her a lot more than Obama’s mixed-race heritage may have hurt him. I also believe that with the nation and the world in turmoil and the ineffectiveness of Obama’s presidency and the sheer destructiveness of his socialist policies, Sarah Palin will emerge victorious in a contest between her and Barack Hussein Obama.
Palin vs. Clinton in 2012!
I disagree with the former governor when she said “What America needs is a woman president.”
I also disagreed with former Governor Reagan when he said in 1980, “What America needs is a woman Supreme Court justice,” and he gave us Sandra Day O’Connor.
There is no such thing as a “time” a woman became President anymore than there is a time for a functionally illiterate became President.
We don’t take turns being President.
2012 would be a good year for a real conservative with conviction to step forward and run for President, man or woman.
Why not, they’ve done such wonderful things since they got the vote....
