Palin has always thought like this. Here is a quote by her said during her VP announcement speech in 2008:
“I can’t begin this great effort without honoring the achievement of Geraldine Ferraro in 1984 and of course, Hillary Clinton, who showed determination in her presidential campaign,” Palin said. “It was rightly noted in Denver this week that Hillary left 18 million cracks in the highest, hardest glass ceiling in America. But it turns out the women of America aren’t finished yet, and we can shatter that glass ceiling once and for all.”
I didn’t like that then; I don’t like this now.
The issues is what Americans need to hear
Well, Obama throws like a woman.
John Kennedy was thought to be too young. etc. Plus he was catholic.
It is simply one of many ideas to spread across the nation, since there has never been a female President, it is an idea some might need to get used too.
I agree with her. It is good to bring it up in the over all picture. Certainly not a main issue.
We all know the opponents seek and desire to kill with/by twisting any and every remark into the opposite of which it was said. Nothing new about this. Best not to focus on a side issue. It plays into the oppositions hands. MO
Who cares if she said it or not? She’s still the most qualified of all known or unknown candidates at this time. And, do you think the media won’t have a field day with her gender? Guess again.
