Score one for the Coca-Cola Company.
Diet Coke unseated Pepsi as the second most popular carbonated soft drink in 2010, according to data from Beverage Digest.
-snip-
The switch marks a sea change in the industry. According to John Sicher, the editor and publisher of Beverage Digest, Pepsi has held the second position "for decades."
Sicher attributed the decline in Pepsi's market share to its Pepsi Refresh Project marketing campaign, which is focused on community service.

I have refused to use pepsi products since her speech with her fingers representing the major countries — and guess which finger ended up representing the USA...?

My favorite, much better than Coke or Pepsi. :)
And least it's owned by the Brits now...

This arrogant, incompetent “genius” as been running Pepsico into the ground like her good pal Obama is ruining the country.

I still call our snack fund guy at work a communist when he stocks Diet Pepsi but not Diet Coke. It’s a mostly-joking reference to the sale of Pepsi in the USSR. The truth is I just like the taste of Diet Coke better.

They use aspertame too, very bad, RC does not. Stay away from that aspertame.

Jack and coke is my drink. Somehow Jack and Pepsi just doesn’t sound right, sounds kind of gay if you know what I mean. Come to think of it, they usually order cosmos. :-)

I find that Coke Zero is FAR superior to any other soft drink out there. Yes, even DIET COKE...;-)

Thanks for explaining that. I was starting to take it seriously, Gil.
So you just want me to stock more Diet Coke, right? You don’t really think I’m a communist.

It was while doing a Pepsi commercial that Michael Jackson caught his hair on fire.
There is a certain intangible value to that.

Diet Coke unseated Pepsi as the second most popular carbonated soft drink in 2010 This isn't the first time, I've read the same thing in other years - that Coke held the #1 and #2 positions. Diet Coke is the only cola drink at my house. Nope, we are not over weight either.

That picture right there #3 is why I told my wife not to buy any more Pepsi.
We switched to RC Cola.

I used to be a Pepsi drinker until they changed the logo to look like the Kenyan’s... since then, not ONE DROP in this house.
I have also avoided Pizza Hut, KFC, Frito-Lay, and many of their other brands.

I used to buy Pepsi for my son...because it was usually cheaper and he didn’t really care. But after the 2008 election and Pepsi’s love-fest with Barry HUSSEIN, I stopped buying Pepsi. So happy to say that I am a small part of the demographics that helped lower Pepsi sales.
