How fitting that a school named after our profligate, post-achievement president is shutting down thanks to fiscal mismanagement and non-achievement.

They will most likely be reassigned to other schools in the area. Even the crappiest teachers will get to keep their jobs and just go from school to school. This was explained very well in the documentary film “Waiting for ‘Superman’”, and it is called “The Dance of the Lemons”.
This film really knocked some union-loving school district employees I know very well for a loop. I think one woman saw everything she believed to be true about the NEA dashed to the rocks. She said “It was a real eye-opener for me.” When I finally saw the film, myself, I knew exactly what she meant. The teacher’s union comes out looking and smelling like a big steaming pile. Shocker from Hollywood, I know, but now know why it was completely ignored come Oscar time.
Rest assured these rotten teachers will get to pollute another school.
Time to shut down (take back) the Nobel pre-Peace Award ...given before he did anything ...which was true then ...and is true now.
Can they do that? Isn’t that racist or something? Are black conservatives involved, because you KNOW they’re racist against the black experience. And all ya’ll know what I’m talkin bout.

Ban all the curricula that is infused with cultural Marxism....that ideology so beaustifully embraced by Maynard Keynes—that homosexual who shared little boys with all his homosexual friends.....his type of mind is what is embraced in all of academia....it is sick, vile Postmodernism. All textbooks in public schools have to be burned.....DOE-their indoctrination machine—has to be destroyed.
All public school curricula and boards run by local control....no union power...no teachers brainwashed and trained by Columbia and no “Childhood Development” degrees honored...they are degrees immersed into this sick, perverse Postmodern irrational worldview....where every child is an animal in need of herding.
Parents need to take back the minds of their children. Don’t allow these sick perverted cultural Marxists to form your child’s thinking and make them into narcissistic hedonists/pagans who are so dysfunctional they adore slavery. and abhor honesty and character.
The first time that we were transferred to California, my daughter was in first grade. Being new to the area, we had to pretty much accept the teacher assignment we were given. It turned out that the teacher had more tenure than anyone in the school district and could not be fired and so was simply transferred every two years to a different school. Every year, the woman took an extended vacation cruise, from Thanksgiving until after the Christmas vacation in January. She took off six weeks, a whole marking period, leaving the students in the hands of a student teacher who was better than the teacher.
The student teacher called me in for a conference the first day that the teacher was gone. She told me that they had programmed readers and math books and that the teacher had never shown my daughter how to use them, that the other kids knew because they had used them in kindergarten. I guess the class was supposed to be for kids that were working above grade level and could work on their own,...unless they didn’t know what to do with a programmed learning system.
My daughter was painfully shy at the time and just sat there not saying a word to anyone. Just looking at the books. Hard to believe, but that’s what she did. The teacher didn’t want parents in the classroom, so there was no one to notice or help.
Such sick perverts are allowed to shape the thinking of the children.
It has got to end if we are to restore honor, integrity and character.
This Darwinism and nihilism destroys all the above.
They they get "rehired" Pass Go, Screw the Taxpayers .

That is such a horrible situation for you and your daughter. I am sorry that she had such a poor excuse for a “teacher”. It breaks my heart to think of her just sitting there probably with a giant rock in the pit of her little tummy. Thank goodness the student teacher eventually let you know what was happening with your daughter. It is disgusting that this goes on in our public schools on OUR dime. To OUR babies. Grrrrr.
Once a teacher has tenure, they are near untouchable. And according to the film I referenced, they get tenure pretty quickly and just basically need to “breathe” to get it. It is far different than how tenure is awarded to professors.
Things HAVE to change with our education system—the future of our children depends on it.

Apparently both the students and administration work so hard they wear these schools out sooner than other schools.
Just look at the structures; they are torn up in just a year or two.
