I really thought she died years ago.
Poor lady! I think I remember something about her being wheelchair bound with MS. Must have been very frightening.
She had MS...I think I remember her in her wheelchair...maybe she was 40. I have a friend who got MS. So quick. So horrible.
I'm glad to hear it. That must mean that she got out in a Jif.
Prayers for her and her family. Thanks to her for showing me a couple of things that I immediately liked and still do:)
It really is a horrible disease! I can’t imagine my body withering while my brain stays active and unaffected (I mean that I fully am aware of what is going on).
I was in love with her when I was 12.
You know you’re going straight to hell for that :) hehehe
I was in college when she was filming a “reunion movie” with Frankie Avalon.
She borrowed my friend’s car (look for the red 500 SL if you ever find that move). She was very cool and sweet — the same in person as in the movies.
Prayers for a quick recovery for her.
Note: IMDB seems to indicate she is doing OK with her MS http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0002088/bio
Damn Skippy I am! :)
I wouldn't have joked about it if she wasn't in good condition.
Must have been a big jar... :0)
;-)
Oh, I remember the commercials well. That’s why I said Jif, just to be contrary. ;)
Nope, she has MS but is very much alive, poor thing. One of the Disney Kids before Walt died, before they started turning the kids into whores.
I hope she’s OK. How’s Frankie?
Ya had competition LOL ;)
Not from what I've heard and the photos I've seen. The last I recall, she was partially or completely blind, couldnt speak, and could only communicate by blinking her eyelids. A few months ago or so one of her relatives mentioned visiting her in the hospital. I asked this person to report back what was wrong, and how well she is doing. After which that relative clammed up. They're trying to keep her condition completely within the family.
--like so many of us of the generation,
She was so cute on the Mousketeers. They all were, really. My sister and I used to get up in front of the TV and sing along with those guys. Did she sign that pix for you? In person?
