QUINCY The author of a book on the Oklahoma City bombing says a homeless man arrested in Quincy on Wednes day is the same man identified by several witnesses to the bombing as having been with Timothy McVeigh on the day of the deadly attack. Quincy Police on Thursday spoke with the author and noti fied the FBI of the arrest of Hussain Al-Hussaini for slash ing a mans face with a beer bot tle. Capt. John Dougan said the man arrested in Quincy on Wednesday has the same name as a man featured prominently in the 2004 book The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Con nection to the Oklahoma City Bombing. Both Dougan and the author of the Oklahoma City book said the man arrested in Quincy also has a tattoo on his arm that matches the description of one on the arm of the man in the book. His age, his name, the pic ture, the mug shot, thats him, the author of The Third Terror ist, Jayna Davis, told The Patri ot Ledger in a telephone inter view. Davis said she saw the Al- Hussaini she wrote about during depositions for a libel suit he brought against her. Davis said the Al-Hussaini she wrote about is a former Iraqi solider who was seen with McVeigh in the weeks before Oklahoma City and on April 19, 1995, the day of the bombing, which killed 168 people. McVeigh was executed for his role in the bombing. The Al- Hussaini seen with him was never charged. The Al-Hussaini arrested by the Quincy police is 45 years old and is being held on $500 bail on a charge of assault and bat tery with a dangerous weapon. He is also being held for a pro bation violation. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from the Father Bills homeless shelter. The victim, a 37-year-old homeless man, told police Al- Hussaini struck him with a beer bottle near 1250 Hancock St. in Quincy Center around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

RARE PING FOR THE OLD OU BOMBING PING LIST -
This man’s name may be rather familiar to some who helped with the in-depth research surrounding the OU incident...
Thanks for putting the videos up on Google. Will watch when I get a better connection. Jayna is an AWESOME person...
Some may not remember this, but the group of people Jayna investigated and reported on in her book were some of the SAME people involved with the OU Bombing as well. I’d have to dig out my research from a few years back for the details, but to be perfectly honest it scared the heck out of me — especially when one of their lawyers contacted me after I published my “reports” on my blog.
yep........ jumped right out at me, I remember when she actually came to FR as a guest to answer questions about the book and the bombing. Excellent book everyone should read it.
Been at many sites reading my brains out and watching CSPAN videos. If this guy is a clearly found to be one of those responsible for the OK bombings, then obviously as all of us, I would like to see him hang by the rope. The hell with the needle crap, and a firing squad has honor attached to it in some ways, so that is out. I’m ready to call it a day and try and get some sleep so Race as is customary with me I bid thee a great upcoming day.
Wow, your reports still online??
Crowe looks guilty
I remember NBC Channel 4 had private video footage and the FBI confiscated it before it could be shown. They said they needed for evidence.
It was definitely Russell Crowe and Charlie Sheen. Not Jennifer Lopez though. She wasn’t involved in any direct way.
Most of the information is still online, but the downloads aren’t available as it’s been a long time since I’ve re-uploaded the files and such (I’m sure the video/news report links are long gone as well...) I also don’t recall how much information about the connection(s) I actually published.
Rte66 (God rest her soul), and I did a bunch of research in the Oklahoma business and court records at the time, and there were a bunch of intersecting lines... I was fortunate enough to communicate with Jayna Davis a few times during those few months as well. Her advice was greatly appreciated, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for her...
[I just copied & pasted the following from my profile page — I haven’t checked all of the links. Apologies if some are not working...]

McVeigh had an aggressive defense team during his trial and after conviction through the appeals process. If the typical appeals actions had been followed, he probably would have been on death row for 10 years or more. However, this was short circuited when McVeigh told the appeals court that he wanted to waive further appeals and have the sentence executed. I do not recall any mentions of this wavier being anything other than McVeigh's free will. Have there been any I missed?
Sad to say, I doubt the truth (other than Jayna's book) will ever come out.
Depending on the Obama's 'Justice Department' to uncover the the truth is like waiting for a blizzard in Kenya, during mid-summer.
Had forgotten there was an OU Bomber ping list. Will have to get back on my Ginkoba!
You miss his motivation to die quick. It goes against natural instincts. Why? Why not string it out. He was quite young and healthy and good looking. Was his family threatened? It would have to be an incredible force to make one kill oneself. To not use the press...it had to be futile or deadly—force coming from government or mafia that couldn’t be evaded.
McVeigh had a sister, Jennifer, who was very dear to him. Connect the dots...
And no one ever mentions that Bernie Shaw and Wolf Blitzer on CNN that night notified their viewers that Clinton had scheduled a presser for 10PM to discuss the "crash". A presser that was postponed.
As for this guy. Since we have his photo have some computer geek do a 15 year age regression on it and then compare it to the artist's sketch of "suspect # 3."
Is it possible McVeigh was under the impression he wouldn’t really be executed? He was cremated, which seems a bit coincidental.
