Madison -- A group of perhaps one hundred protesters has entered the previously restricted and quiet Capitol and is now chanting, Our house, our house.
David Noyce of Madison said that he entered the building with the demonstrators after someone let them in and that a policeman flashed him a thumbs up as he entered. The protesters entered just as Gov. Scott Walker was about to start a news conference in a separate room of the building.

Just another example of what they meant when saying, once you can vote for your own benefits the republic is lost.

Be careful saying that around here. Last time I posted that same comment I received a very disturbing email from probably a lurker and from the email address I think it was someone from CA but have now blocked that email address.
Are you suggesting I let some commie thug stop me from exercising my first Amendment rights?
To: HollyB
Yes for real, I immediately deleted the email and while I was in the process of blocking the email address I received THREE more messages from the nut case which I also deleted but did not open & read those so I have no idea what else he said. I think it was a he. The first rambled on about why us Republicans hadn’t learned anything from the Tuscon shooting and how we want to kill women & children. Like I said, I don’t post a whole lot here compared to some and it was the first time anything like that had ever happened to me on FR.

To think that there are people who consider themselves patriots here on FR that BELIEVE the cops will be on their side when the SHTF.

These freepers are a joke and laughingstock who believe that.

Can't trust your own police anymore. Union trumps the law.

“If COPS think this bunch of commies are their brothers they are stupid or co conspirators”
I say stupid. If situations were reversed, few, if any, of these union people would stand with the police. They would leave the cops twisiting in the wind, and feel good about it to boot.

Absolutely, any police officer that thinks getting into bed with this bunch is somehow beneficial to their job security is sorely mistaken.
Police are under assault everyday and it seems to be getting worse. You would think the lessons of Egypt would be apparent. Who did the “protestors” go after first. The police. They got rid of them. Did the situation get better NO. The military is now admitting they have no idea how to form a representative Gov. Egypt is lost to the fanatics.
The WI Police have picked a side, and it is backing the Marxist Unions. When the Police decide which Laws it will enforce, you have anarchy.

LAPSE of law enforcement in Madison is ONE cop allegedly giving thumbs up to the protesters? That is as opposed to the PHALANX of cops restraining them? Sure, if thats your idea of a lapse, go for it.
I guess you missed the photos of the cops joining the protesters demonstrating in the capital as well?
Or the WI police association issuing press releases supporting their fellow union brothers in capital?

I have no idea how they did it. I had my email listed in my profile where you click contact . . . so after that I deleted it but it wouldn’t really let me do that so I changed it to donotcontact.com and just made that up . . . so then ALL my posts, which aren’t many, went to review before they actually showed up. So I changed it back to my real email address and it still did the review for a few more posts and then a post last night was immediately visible and didn’t go to review. So nope, it wasn’t freep mail, it was regular email to my account I’ve had for maybe 15 years now.

The Wisconsin Professional Police Association, a union representing 11,000 law enforcement officials from across the state, released a statement from its director, Jim Palmer, slamming the resolution to go after the Democrats.
"The thought of using law enforcement officers to exercise force in order to achieve a political objective is insanely wrong and Wisconsin sorely needs reasonable solutions and not potentially dangerous political theatrics," Palmer said.

PROOF THAT WI POLICE ARE INVOLVED
Jim Palmer, executive director of the Wisconsin Professional Police Associationthe state's largest police union, representing nearly 11,000 workerssaid his group told members not to resist efforts to clear the capitol on Sunday afternoon. The capitol police, which are part of Mr. Walker's administration, are handling the effort to clear the building.
Mr. Palmer said the union's officers were instructed, "If you're asked to leave, you should leave." Based on his understanding of the capitol police plans, he said, "No one's going to be dragged out of the place. We're not expecting any kind of confrontation."

Does anyone know of any police officer blogs in Wisconsin online? Chicago has a few online blogs where you can get FOP info and input from police officers, anonymously or otherwise, and you can comment as well.
Another Freeper, I just found out, and myself have been commenting and informing the Chicago police officers on their blogs about what is really going on in this country. It's an ongoing battle against the democrats/socialists/marxists in this city, but we must keep at it.

not too sure but thank you for your effort in helping some of the more easily led what they are protesting with.
Keep up the good work.
I myself have been out and around asking them why they are protesting with communists and socialists plus I saw a couple today in another county holding the fist sign .
I pulled over and asked were they socialists, of course they replied no of course not bla bla
I asked then why do you have the international socialist logo sign then.
The refused to understand that they were holding that.
Thankkfully I had my i-phone and typed in international socialist workers party and guess what came up?
Yes the fist logo.
They looked really dumb, could not speak for some time and then said “well we were given these signs we did not know”
I told them that they are being conned and led by the far left and radicals and that they need to do some research first.
I got into my car and pulled round the corner.
LOL 1 minute later they put the signs away and got into their car LOL
name and shame these people and let their sheep know who are leading them

Sad to say...but to cops and firefighters, the unions are like family (sort of like the mob).
