After months of turbulence at CNNs Parker Spitzer, the network will drop co-host Kathleen Parker from the show, according to sources and a memo released to CNN staff. Eliot Spitzer will continue with the show.
According to CNN chief Ken Jautz, the new show will be solo-anchored by Spitzer and an ensemble format of contributors and be called In the Arena. The new show debuts Monday. Heres the memo:
I want to share with you some news today regarding our 8pm show. Kathleen Parker has decided to leave the program to focus on her writing, and we have decided to take the show in a new direction. We will be adopting an ensemble format with several newsmakers, guests and contributors joining Eliot Spitzer each night. The new program will be called, In the Arena, beginning Monday. E.D. Hill and Will Cain will join the program as well others within and outside the CNN family.

Her 5 fans(Yes I am being gracious) are going to be devastated. Perhaps a candlelight vigil in the works
So,,,, Elliot “Lil Loogie” Spitzer got his way after all,,,,,,,
She’s a fake Republican, made to give the impression of balance on that show. She is kinda purty, though.
On what issue was she actually conservative?
When they get rid of the rest of the racist, Islamaphobe, Anti America, Anti Marriage, Obama slobbering, partisan, elitists...I may watch. But I doubt it. Trust has to be earned, and they lost mine, long ago.
They could just put a cardboard cutout of her on the seat next to that disgusting motor mouth Spitzer and no one would have been the wiser.
CNN is keeping Spitzer? Well, no wonder ratings are swirling the bowl.
Hey Kathleen, do you get a sense it’s a man’s world? Too bad, maybe you shoulda kept your anti palin, Palin deranged mouth shut.
wonder who the next pretend “conservative” will be....
I saw a post here where a FReeper predicted this months ago. FReepers are always ahead of the curve.
No more “Spitz and ditz”
I watched once for a few minutes, he didn’t give her much of an opportunity to talk.
I'll alert the media.
Spitzer dominated that show. She welcomed guests and then said good bye. Bless her heart she couldnt put together an argument to save her life.
Damn! Now CNN viewers will never hear a well-explained conservative perspective.
He does that to all women, apparently...............
Wassamatter? She wouldn’t take on Eliot as another “Client 9?”
