Color me extremely disappointed with Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels right now:
Gov. Mitch Daniels signaled this afternoon that Republicans should to drop the right-to-work bill that has brought the Indiana House to a standstill for two days and imperiled other measures.
Daniels told reporters this afternoon that he expects House Democrats will return to work if the bill dies. It would be unfortunate if other bills are caught up in the turmoil, he said.
He will not send out state police to corral the Democrats, the Republican governor said. The Democrat minority has right to express its views, he added.
The governor clung to his view that this is not the year to tackle right to work.

We don’t need this chicken sh!t for President.
ba bye 2012 Mitch. Nice never getting to know ya
What a jerk. The Democrat minority may have a “right to express its views,” but that doesn’t mean it has a right to get its way.
Is Daniels the same one who said we needed to call a “truce” on social issues? He’s quickly losing the goodwill he gained from CPAC.
Eunichs have more stones.
Another sniveling RINO!!!!!
This is not a leader. This is a gutless, “please like me” follower.
And some people want him to be the Republican nominee for President? NO THANKS!
Ugh! Thanks for nothing, Mitch!
WA Post loves Daniels, calling him Presidential. (IOW: McCain vs. Obama, pt 2, 2012).
Mitch, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for proving to everyone precisely why I never wanted to support you for president. Kthxbye.
Playing pattycake with goonyans will get you screwed.
Carl Rove’s new butt boy proves that he is unworthy of conservative support.
Daniels said in December that he sees the merit in the right to work laws that 22 states now have on their books.
Let me say, theres a lot to recommend this. It does hold us back economically, theres no doubt about that, he said.
The governor said the state loses out on perhaps as many as a quarter of the deals in which businesses are competing states off against each other to decide where to relocate.
So its a very legitimate issue, he said.
But, he said, he told legislative leaders in the Republican-led House and Senate that he would prefer they not address the issue this year.
I think its too big to do without having discussed it out in the open first. And, I will also say that I think it would have the potential, just tactically, to possibly reduce or wreck the chances for education reform and local government reform and criminal justice reform and the things that we have a wonderful chance to do, he said.
“So thats my point of view. I would say to the folks who believe in this, youve got good reasons, but get out there and share them. Build a case. Visit with our fellow citizens about why this is a good idea. If you persuade them, youll be able to prevail in the right way and the right time.
Whether Daniels has changed his mind on the issue is unclear. His press secretary said he is unavailable for interviews today.

Mitch can shove it up his a$$!
I’ve already heard enough from the locals that Daniels bends over for the DUmocrats. My mind was made up on this asshat within six months of assuming office.
No chickens for President.
