Now is a great time to pass a bill requiring proof of eligibility to get on the ballot as a presidential candidate.

Unless they somehow got leaves of absence, the RAT senators are violating several of the Wisconsin Senate rules. I couldn’t find anything about penalties, though. If this was the private sector, they would be considered to have abandoned their jobs after 3 days.

“...Democrats will not return until Gov. Scott Walker is ready to compromise on his labor proposal.”

So, what will Dem’s do when 11,000 folks get laid off, due to their tantrum?

I don’t see any NEED for compromise here, as it will only encourage the brats!

The GOP should pass School Vouchers to counter the teacher sick out.

What happens if nobody calls for a quorum and all votes are by voice vote?

1) Photo ID to vote
2) Open carry for licensed gun owners
3) Proof of eligibility for all presidential candidates beginning in 2012.

They know Senate rules better than any Freeper! If they didn’t then they did a quick study over the weekend. They can and will pass non-spending bills and make Democrat heads explode

Wisconsin's senate majority leader says the chamber will convene to pass non-spending bills ..........

Cull out the collective bargaining portion of the current budget bill and vote on it as a stand-alone non-budget bill.

GREAT !!

I hope they read this : PLEASE ESPECIALLY pass a “Gotta have ID to Vote” and “Gotta Have a LEGAL Birth Certificate to Run for POTUS” laws while the dems are out.

If Obamassiah sees those pass, IMHO, he is DONE for 2012.

Yes, they must be reading here. I think Laz is right. Basic math says you round up or down to the closest integer. That would mean the RATS are superfluous and the pubbies have a quorum.

They have a quorum but do they have the testosterone to act on it? Maybe.

Public unions are ONLY good for the employees they empower and grant goodies to. They are bad for regular working people who foot the big bills; they are horrible for elections as they tend to skew the vote by working for Dems, both with their state collected dues and their organizational help and fradulent votes garnered.

Unions were originally for the worker; now they are for the big bosses who wheel and deal and could not care less for the good of this country, workers, or even their own union people. They are bullies and thugs and this busing in protesters needs to be made a felony with a big fine.

Go Gov. Scott Walker and Wisconsin Republicans.

If I lived in one of the Dem districts, I would start a recall for my critter.

The longer the senate rats stay in hiding the less relevant they will become. They’ll be like stale bread and yesterday’s news. Yawn. Union: FAIL!!
