Ron Paul Is A Vicious Anti-Semite and Conservatives Need To Wash Their Hands of Him
David Horowitz's NewsReal Blog ^ | February 17, 2010 | David Horowitz

Long ago Bill Buckley drummed the anti-Semites out of the conservative movement, and the movement thrived as a result. But the Jew-haters have returned. For years the Texas crackpot, Ron Paul, has been attacking America and Israel as imperialist powers -- the Great Satan and the Little Satan, and calling for America's retreat from the battle against our totalitarian enemies. At the recent CPAC conference Paul's Jew-hating storm-troopers swarmed the Freedom Center's table to vent their spleen against Israel as a Nazi state. Now Paul is making a priority of withdrawing aid for Israel  -- the only democracy in the Middle East and the only reliable ally of the United States. Here is an alert from Gary Bauer about the amendment Ron Paul is proposing which may be voted on today.

I have studied Ron Paul's material, and corresponded with people in his sphere. He's not an anti-semite. He just is sick of giving money to other nations, Israel included.

By way of background, I lost many many family members to Hitler, and have relatives in Israel. My "anti-semite" sensor is very finely tuned.

Without the libertarian contingent the Republicans would never win an election.

Oh, I see. McCain lost in 2008 because the "libertarian contingent" voted for Obama. Got it.

Ha!

The same .Govt statisticians who claim there is no inflation? The same economists who say that is it impossible to destroy the dollar?

I’m a bit indifferent towards the whole “audit the Fed” bit as I suspect they will do what they are doing anyway, Ron Paul in the Chairman’s seat or not, but quoting Govt stats is a bit like asking Phillip Morris about the dangers of smoking.

Racist is used by the left and anti-semitic is used by conservatives...Even Benjamin Franklin today would be called anti-semitic...his statements can be found in the Franklin Institue in Philadelphia, PA...

Maybe you are the exception that proves the rule, or maybe you don’t like your parent.

I don’t know. Most Democrats seem to produce more Democrats.

This is one that Reagan got wrong. Libertarianism has neither heart nor soul. Libertarianism is not based on the whole of Natural Law as is conservatism.

Did he sponsor or co-sponsor that act or any similar act regarding a border fence or border security? A vote FOR means little; he is not an activist vs. illegal immigration from Mexico.

A lot of them did because of McCain’s horrible campaigning. Jeez. Has there ever been a worse run campaign? Maybe Dole’s was but I doubt it.

“Appears nowhere in the Bible”

So what? Not everyone considers the Bible relevant to
geopolitics.

Don’t worry folks. Winning a straw poll is the closest Ron Paul will ever come to the White House.

We used to live in Ron Paul’s district and met him several times at political and social affairs. We never voted for him. Since then I have heard a couple of his comments that I agree with but not enough to ever vote for him for anything.

How long should we allow socialist countries to remain on the dole of the US taxpayer?

Because we give Israel money, the big-time spending federales give Egypt money “just to be fair”. We need to stop all this foreign aid: it doesn’t make sense for us to borrow money from China and then send it overseas.

Our extension to Israel should only be for backup military support in the event they are attacked. I do agree that Obama needs to bow and scrape a few times for Netanyahu.

Otherwise, if you want to support a socialist country whose relatives in the US vote nearly exclusively left wing, then do so, but don’t try to solicit Republican sympathy for it.

Since both Obama's and Bush's foreign policy seem to be centered on:

fighting wars, but not hard enough to actually win them, and:

holding hands with and bowing to those who enable the terrorists,

I can see the merit of opposing them both.

Ron Paul is a Stormfront fixture. What the h*ll Paulestinians have to do with FR is a mystery. Sort of like Pat Buchanan and his brigadiers, and before that the David Duke sector of the GOP.

Why are the Republicans always filling their shoes with dogshit? Is it stupidity, or innate antisemitism, or just a need for filth?

Come on, you know better than that. The published Audits do not reflect the Fed’s transactions with foreign governments, foreign central banks and other international financing organizations.

"Come on, you know better than that. The published Audits do not reflect the Fed’s transactions with foreign governments, foreign central banks and other international financing organizations."

Sure they do. There is a section called "System Open Market Account" with several sub accounts, under both the assets and liabilities section, where these transactions are reported.

And in the notes these are discussed. For example:

"Central Bank Liquidity Swaps"
"The FOMC authorized and directed the FRBNY to establish central bank liquidity swap arrangements, which may be structured as either U.S. dollar liquidity or foreign currency liquidity swap arrangements. U.S. dollar liquidity swap arrangements were authorized with fourteen foreign central banks to provide liquidity in U.S. dollars to overseas markets. Such arrangements were authorized with the following central banks: the Reserve Bank of Australia, the Banco Central do Brasil, the Bank of Canada, Danmarks Nationalbank, the Bank of England, the European Central Bank, the Bank of Japan, the Bank of Korea, the Banco de Mexico, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Norges Bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Sveriges Riksbank, and the Swiss National Bank. The maximum amount that could be drawn under these swap arrangements varied by central bank. The authorization for these swap arrangements expired on February 1, 2010."

The only thing you can't see is how much was loaned or borrowed to/from each party.

Those transactions are only done to stabilize markets. You don't want to make those too public at the time they are being done. Otherwise people like Soros will use the information and work against you.

Ron Paul is trying to turn the Federal Reserve into a political football for his own political gain.
