Mitch McConnell has struck while the iron is hot.

One day after federal District Judge Rodger Vinson ruled that the entire Democratic health care law is unconstitutional, McConnell told his GOP colleagues that he will force a vote on repealing it, bringing it up as an amendment to the Federal Aviation Administration reauthorization bill

Looks like Schumer and Reid decided that they had a few shaky Democrats to take care of.

I'm lovin' it!

We've got to keep the pressure on these "shaky Democrats".

Keep those cards and letters comin' in, folks!

Agree! Calls must be made!

Even if the source may have been reliable (?), the Dems have pulled this before.

I posted the following on another thread:

This bill has to DIE (by all means at our disposal). The thoroughness of the Fla Federal judge’s decision is a great victory.

But, the Obama administration has proven that it is untethered from any moral or legal restraint to abide by the Constitution -— by actions and by words.

Obamacare is the essential bill necessary to implement national socialism/fascism. And even then (assuming it is killed)... with the RINO repubs, we have an uphill battle.

“They have to have round after round of conference calls with the deep thinkers of their party (the George Lakoffs and Tom Friedmans) in order to decide what to say in public.”

LOL - Some part of me would enjoy listening to one of two of those calls - but can you imagine how grating it would be to a Conservative factual mind?

“Any word if our not so noble Republican solons will also be voting to dump their own tax payer funded health insurance and perhaps their more than generous pensions, or maybe even stop paying the school loans of their bloated staffs with our money?”

Now’s when the rubber meets the road.

"Now’s when the rubber meets the road."

Nope. Now is just a show for the peanut gallery. Those clowns in Washington aren't worth our votes until they are willing to give up their taxpayer funded health insurance and pay for it out of their own pockets...assuming they can get coverage, pay their fat pensions over to Social Security and stop taking my money to pay off the student loans of the 20 somethings who infest the House and Senate Office Buildings being oh so important! When they are done with that, perhaps by a constitutional amendment, they can pass term limits too so they'll have to go home and live with what they have done just like the rest of us. Until then they deserve complete contempt, not support.

I think it would be a GOOD THING to have the test vote be on 60 vote barrier. It would make it easier for some Dems to vote for repeal without it ‘meaning’ anything....

THEN you come back with the 52 repeal votes and demand an UP OR DOWN vote, and shut down other things until you get it.
