Friend says Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie told him there is no Obama birth certificate

Celebrity journalist Mike Evans told Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week that his friend, Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, has been unable to find President Barack Obama’s birth certificate despite an intensive search.
A group of conspiracy theorists known as “birthers” have long claimed that Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the presidency because he was actually born in Kenya. Abercrombie, an old friend of Obama’s family, made headlines last month when he announced that he was trying to figure out how he could release more explicit documentation of the president’s birth in order to permanently defuse the issue before the 2012 elections. He quickly abandoned his search, however, due to state laws that prevent private documents from being revealed.
“There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document,” Abercrombie’s spokeswoman told reporters on Friday. “Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president.”

As unimpeachable as a guy using multiple SSN’s including one that was issued in the state of CT to a person born in 1890 (which is indisputable as it is recorded on the Selective Service registration that Obama signed) and may be still using as President, wouldn’t you say?
I guess you did not read the research from 2nd link which pinpoints exactly how Obama managed to usurp the office of the presidency. FOIA requests are being issued for additional records and we will see where it leads. You’re asking for proof. On Obama’s first day in office he signed an EO sealing all of his records, so this evidence can only result from painstaking investigation.
Here is a lawsuit against Obamacare where they included as one of the counts Obama’s lack of constitutional qualifications.

Nice catch. I was laughing at his comments on previous threads. He defends banning the Edison light bulb and thinks Global Warming is an issue. You would almost think he is writing to us on his Blackberry in between getting Obummer coffee and cigarettes in the White House.
(And to the above comment posted below his analysis on his blog, the author responded how? Oh, wait. He said nothing.)
And how does this invalidate his analysis, other than the misspelled word appeared on the earlier versions in 2000 and 2004?
Could it be that the state got rid of the paperwork when it went over to a computerized system, as some claimed when the controversy got started?
Even under the old paper system, you might not have a detached document, but an entry in a ledger.
If none of that is true, does that mean that the long-form birth certificate never was, or that it might have been removed from the files perhaps by Obama's people?
But the main problem with this is, whether the document exists and is in the files or not, Hawaii can't release it without Obama's permission. Presumably the Governor knew this to begin with, and didn't have permission to release it, so how could things have gotten so far that he'd conduct an exhaustive search and leak the result to the media?

It invalidates the following part of his accusation:
“The fact that the same typo remains on this second version is an indication that it was not independently published but rather amended, suddenly. The fact that there was a typo, at all, in both versions indicates haste on the part of the DNC.”
Since the typo has been there since at least 2000, there was no “sudden” amendment and certainly no “haste.”
Hmm, the transcript I read the other day from the Jan 20 radio show (I think that was the original date??) and I listened to the audio, really sounded as though he’d been talking to Abercrombie. Now he says he didn’t talk to him at all about any of this?
Or just about the hospitals? Because the original broadcast references were more than just the hospitals, it was the ‘no longform BC” either.

This suit is a mess. The plaintiffs shoehorned the claim on Obamas fathers citizenship as an afterthought. The main claim is on Obamacare. If the material in the complaint is solid, why not sue as a separate issue. There is also an issue of standing. Just because you file a suit does not make it true. It will have to be taken up and then argued. This thing has just been filed and is based off information we already know and has been thrown out of court. I see the Tea Partiers doing this to lard up the suit to keep the Defendants bogged down. Smart move tactically.
So far you have given me do zero to advance your case other than links to blogs. I am aware of all the stuff the Birthers have on Obummer and it is not enough to convince most people or argue in court.

Barack Obama's first Executive Order, 13489, was regarding the release of Presidential Records stored in the National Archives and maintained by the National Archivist. The National Archives do not maintain, administer, or have any authority over the State of Hawaii's vital records or any university's transcripts to which the birthers want access. Obama's EO 13489 revoked Bush's EO 13233 on Presidential Records, which revoked Reagan's EO 12667 on Presidential Records. So essentially, Obama's EO restored the policy to Reagan's policy.
