FOIA requests are being issued for additional records and we will see where it leads. You’re asking for proof. On Obama’s first day in office he signed an EO sealing all of his records, so this evidence can only result from painstaking investigation.

This suit is a mess. The plaintiffs shoehorned the claim on Obamas fathers citizenship as an afterthought. The main claim is on Obamacare. If the material in the complaint is solid, why not sue as a separate issue. There is also an issue of standing. Just because you file a suit does not make it true. It will have to be taken up and then argued. This thing has just been filed and is based off information we already know and has been thrown out of court. I see the Tea Partiers doing this to lard up the suit to keep the Defendants bogged down. Smart move tactically.

Obama's EO 13489 revoked Bush's EO 13233 on Presidential Records, which revoked Reagan's EO 12667 on Presidential Records. So essentially, Obama's EO restored the policy to Reagan's policy.
