BORN IN THE USA? Hawaii official now swears: No Obama birth certificate Signs affidavit declaring long-form, hospital-generated document absent Posted: January 24, 2011 8:48 pm Eastern
By Jerome R. Corsi © 2011 WorldNetDaily
Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

So now we can hold the criminal trials for the 111 congress charge being treason?
Not to mention Dick Chenny for certifying the election results.
Holding my breath here!

Right now the public cares more about the economy and spending/debt than it cares about a technicality in the Constitution.
America is a nation of laws. This so called "technicality" in the Constitution as you call it, is the difference between Obama legally being in the Whitehouse and every Bill that Obama has signed while occupying that seat, being null and void.
In other words, if Obama is NOT legally eligible to be POTUS, any passed Bill or executive order Obama signed into law or regulation, also becomes illegal.

The Republican governor said he had one, the Democrat governor says he doesn’t.
Can it get any more weird?

a technicality in the Constitution.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Gee! When did Article 2, section 1, become a “technicality”?
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

The chorus of investigative noise from the MSM is deafening...
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Is our country so corrupt and controlled by socialists that our traditions and rules mean nothing? Those in power on both sides have nothing but contempt for the Constitution. How dare anyone try to limit their power?
They will never consider the issue because they consider it moot, if for no other reason than the fact that it is in the constitution.
They hate Sarah Palin and the Tea Party because we stand for the rule of law rather than their power.

I would like to see the whole affidavit, not just the notarized parts.

There's one big problem with this affidavit:
It refers to "senior officers" repeatedly, without naming names. Those people will have to be named, or this will go nowhere.
He also refers to "various officials", but only names officials that have been publicly quoted in the media. Anyone could get those names from the newspaper.
Unless individual people are identified, there's no way to put them on the witness stand and compel them to tell the truth under penalty of perjury.
Without those names, this is just hearsay -- and can be dismissed as someone looking for 15 minutes of fame.

were talking about DEMOCRATS after all.
So what! Why so free to give them a pass just because..?
To: sanjoaquinvalley
when all this comes out It already did. Nobody's going to do anything about it because those in a position to do something must think that more harm than good would come from removing him; and then necessarily throwing him in the slammer. (I suppose Biden could do a Ford, but that might do more harm than good too.)
