What evidence did the New York State judge use in his decision last week declaring that the NY Board of Elections committed fraud by certifying a British citizen (Obama) as the US presidential canditate in the 2008 election?
Was it a copy of the birth certificate? I can’t believe that a judge would just make up the evidence.
It should bring a lot of chatter. My daughter went for driving permit today and had a Passport, School ID, Bank Book, Birth Certificate and a piece of mail with her name and address, it was not enough info. She had to come home to get her medical insurance card for further proof. Now how come my 19 year old daughter can’t take a PERMIT test with 5 pieces of personal ID but Obama can become President of the United States with no ID? I agree VERY, VERY WEIRD.
Are there any nurses, doctors or administrative people from the facility where he was born who have spoken up? His pediatrician?
Some of those folks are surely still alive.

No that’s Hawaii law and I never understood how he was going to release it. Now I assume he can see the hard copy of the long form which apparently no one can find. My guess that the prior claims by Hawaii government to have seen the record is merely that they checked the bound book not the physical record.
I’m not a birther, but id does raise the question are certificates of live births filed in that same book where the family did the registration rather than the hospital or doctor or would it be different? Second where does it fall in the registrations? On the same page as others born that day or a lot later? That book is public record according to the article.

“Community Organizer” is the 21st century term replacing “grifter”.
Barry was borne (note spelling)in Hawaii,at that time given a by law a Christian first name, but he’s a half citizen, American mother, Kenyan father. And that’s what they don’t want you to know and what “birthers” should be charging. Not that he wasn’t born in the USA.
What Christians should be looking for is his baptismal record. If he’s a Christian as he claims. Where is his record of baptism ?
In any event the effort should be to defeat him in 2012

It isn’t like Obama is afraid of identity theft, if his BC is released. That fear would be as crazy as spending millions to make sure no honest person can see it.
Abercrombie came in like a lion, promising to put doubters in their place about Obama’s mystery birth by releasing the real birth certificate.
Now he is sneaking out of his promise like a lamb because he found out that there is no authentic birth certificate.
Originally he must have been gullible enough to believe Obama’s claims of Hawaiian birth or he wouldn’t have raised the issue.
But now he is forced to hide behind a law fabricated to protect scammers like Obama. But that won’t work because he already announced the state does not have an actual record of Obama’s birth.
Everyday there are more and more people getting caught up in the “birther thing”. Barry could end that trend, if he would authorize the BC release. But, he spends millions to prevent it. That is either crazy, or criminal.
Very weird. The AG’s statement makes it obvious that the person who is refusing to let Abercrombie go ahead is Barry himself. This is doing nothing but calling attention to the fact that there’s something seriously wrong with the whole scenario.
Personally, I think Abercrombie is an elderly liberal goof-ball who probably thought he was doing Barry a favor by offering to vouch for the BC and probably genuinely believed that it actually existed.
It’s clear by now that it doesn’t exist. So once again the Obama tactic reverts to stonewalling.
His office must be in shambles (figurately speaking).
Even "progressive" politicians, hit aside the head with a two-by-four often enough (figurately speaking) finally realize that it takes more than several hundred thousand morons' vote and a big mouth to be a political leader and statesman.
Hawaii has always been a strange place.

I agree and the people not voters that put him where he is are too.
Or that his dad was someone like Frank Marshall Davis, which would have been political poison in 2008, and now after several years of dissembling, would be political poison if revealed now.
At least one court has recognized that Barry is Kenyan and based a decision on it.
