Pressure was mounting on Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie today amid increasing confusion over whether President Obama was born there. Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961....frpa ... 'It actually exists in the archives, written down,' he said.

There is no way for her to have removed a record. They NEVER EVER give out the original. They only give out certified copies. Hawaii has what it has had on the day Obama got his birth registered. A late filed birth registration which does NOT prove he was born in Hawaii.
The story keeps racheting up, combined with questions about O’s health.

Motive, yes. I guess facing potential felony charges would be motive enough to cooperate in bringing this issue to a head publicly to expose Obama. Remember this issue was all but dead 6 months ago according to the MSM. And suddenly it remerges. Amazing.
That is possible, because you do not need to provide any documentation at all to get that once elected Senator I believe. Freshman Senators just get them. Diplomatic Passports.

I wonder what the Hawaii regulations in the 1960s were for the original birth record when a baby/child was legally adopted, in this case by Mr. Soetoro, Barry’s stepfather.

He can’t find an actual birth certificate but he did find a little handwritten note dated 1961 that said,”President Obama was born here in Hawaii”.

“Out of ALL the people born in Hawaii since, say, 1960,how many are in that same position as the man who is NOW THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES???”
I believe there are a very great many. Perhaps thousands. Why? Because Hawaii would give foreign born babies COLB’s when their parents registered their births there. In Hawaii, a COLB gives you Hawaiian citizenship and thus American Citizenship. It is my belief that Obama falls into that category. Even if he WAS born on the island of Oahu, he can’t PROVE it because of the citizenship fraud being perpitrated by the State.
This explains why Hawaii is literally willing to break it’s own laws otday to cover this up. Obama of course knows all this, and is leveraging Hawaii with his knowledge of the fraud.
To me, all the puzzle pieces fit. To date, and its been months and months since I postualted this, no one has shot it down. No one.
Another thought. Sticking with the hospital donor fraud theory, could Abercrombie be constructing a defense in advance of exposure, that he didn’t commit fraud because he himself was deceived by Obama? Because it’s not fraud if you really believed it to be true, only if you knew or should have known that you were propagating a falsehood. But if he can portray himself as the victim of another’s deceit, the worst he can be accused of is being negligent in his duty to investigate. It might explain his bumbling appearance. He’s not covering for Obama. He’s trying to find cover for himself. Perhaps. Just a theory ...
This is the only way one can rationalize why this guy suddenly brought up this issue when the MSM and others had all but buried it?
I have been of the opinion Abercrombie believed that Barry had all of his bona fides in place toherwise how else could he have gotten on the ballot in Hawaii in 2008?

The record becomes “Amended” and has to state such on the OCLB. Hawaii has statutiorially admitted Obama has an Amended record. IT is one way we know the FactCheck COLB is a fake, it doesn’t have “Amended” anywhere on it.
Now, if someone disolves an adoption, and Obama could have done so, the record would have been amended again. This would all bave been kept in the same file. Butterdezillion has lots of information on this. If I am incorrect on any of that, I am certain she will correct me!

Actually, Lingle never stated that SHE saw it, here is her actual quote, from a transcript of a radio interview where she discussed it:
““So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital”
Obama knows all this, and THAT is why Hawaii is defending him to the point of breaking their own laws to do so. Neil old buddy old pal... is late to the party, and just now figured all that out. So now he is backpedaling as fast as he can, because he is no cognizant of what is at stake and WHY.
In order for a conspiracy to be successful, the circle people in the know has to be small. Obviously Neil was not critical for Obama to get on the state ballot and win election.
I have a question. If a law firm knowingly abets a client in commtting a fraud, is the law firm also at risk of being guilty of fraud?
