Obama knows all this, and THAT is why Hawaii is defending him to the point of breaking their own laws to do so. Neil old buddy old pal... is late to the party, and just now figured all that out. So now he is backpedaling as fast as he can, because he is no cognizant of what is at stake and WHY.

In order for a conspiracy to be successful, the circle people in the know has to be small. Obviously Neil was not critical for Obama to get on the state ballot and win election.

I have a question. If a law firm knowingly abets a client in commtting a fraud, is the law firm also at risk of being guilty of fraud?

Oh, good question. I don’t know. That would be bad for Perkins Coie.

Yes. Subornation of perjury. Big no-no.

I would believe that would be called suborning perjury at least (generally disbarment material if proven).

Not mention losing their law licenses.

It's likely Obama took it for granted and assumed his old buddy AberCommie was up to speed on the conspiracy. But it looks like Crummy Commie actually believed his faulty drug induced recollection that he actually saw back in 1961 one big happy Obama/Dunham family. LoL.
