TUCSON — A victim of the shooting spree here that severely injured Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was taken into custody on Saturday after the police and witnesses said the man spoke threateningly at a televised forum intended to help this stricken city heal.
Eric Fuller, 63, a military veteran who was passionate about liberal causes and who had supported Ms. Giffords, was “involuntarily committed for mental health evaluation,” according to Jason Ogan, a spokesman for the Pima County Sheriff’s office.
Mr. Fuller, who was shot in the left knee and the back on Jan. 8, was among several victims, medical personnel and others who attended a special forum televised by ABC and hosted by Christiane Amanpour.
State Representative Terri Proud, a Republican, was sitting two rows behind Mr. Fuller. The topic of gun control had come up in the forum, she said, and a comment was made by one of the speakers about a bill that was introduced recently in Arizona that would allow staff members on college campuses with concealed weapons permits to carry guns.
Ms. Proud said she spoke up to clarify the exact language of the bill. At that point, Trent Humphries, the founder of the Tucson Tea Party, who was sitting one row behind her, rose to speak and suggested that discussion about gun legislation be postponed until after the funerals. He started to explain that he, too, had been affected by the tragedy through a neighbor who was a victim.
That was, according to Ms. Proud, when Mr. Fuller blurted out to Mr. Humphries: “You’re dead.”

Earlier in the week, Tucson Tea Party leader Trent Humphries spoke about death threats he was getting since the massacre and how he was advised by the Pima County Sheriff's office to avoid public places.
He might be more crazy than Jared Lee Loughner

Notice that while the libs have repeatedly stated that AZ has no mental health system, this guy was admitted.
Also note that the Slimes had to take a swipe at the military. Fits their profile for the White Devil, I guess.
So Fuller made a death threat and immediately gets committed ... but how many death threats did Loughton make and he never got committed?
It is now in the so-called “paper of record”. Well, ABC, going to edit it out of your broadcast now?

It should have been done certainly with Loughner, but this is a step in the right direction.
Next up: commit those who threatened Palin.
This is the shooting victim that has been dishing up the Red Meat against Palin and Beck for the last two days. He was the media darling, and was invited to this event to serve up more of the same, no doubt. Then he had to go off script and ruin everything...
Involuntary mental health evaluations are supposed to last 72 hours. Let’s see if he gets out sooner.
