I think we need to put together a SWAT Team(can we say that anymore?) to counter the MSM’s picking of our candidate.
We know they are going for Romney or Huckabee. The fact that they are trying to poison Sarah Palin(there I go again) means that is who they are afraid we will select.
Personally I like Barbour because he is a straight shooter (ok I give up)

I hear that Mitt Romney is throwing in the towel and backing Dede Scozzafava.

Huntsman’s our man, more Romney than Romney, hand picked by Obama. What could go wrong?

Bachmann-Palin overdrive.
I might like Hermann Cain, too; he has real-world business experience so he'd likely be better on regulation & taxes.
But Sarah has more balls than anyone since Reagan.
Cheers!

This is easy. Anyone can play. Just see who the liberal media touts as ‘electable’ and you know that’s who they hope the GOP will nominate (and lose with). Then see who they consistently claim is ‘divisive’ and ‘unelectable’ and that is the candidate that can probably beat Obama. If you said “Sarah Palin” - you win! Congratulations.
To: pissant
Huntsman, who works for Obama. Yep. That’s the ticket!

The lack of a clear 2012 Republican presidential frontrunner is prompting lesser-known figures to consider joining the race. *facepalm* There Are None So Blind As Those Who Will Not See.

Don’t know if I’m the ‘average’ American Conservative or not, but I will NOT be giving a dime to the GOP, nor any stinking RINO, nor will I vote for any stinking RINO. I will give money to and for ONLY ONE CANDIDATE. Sarah Palin. If a Huckabee or Romney are the candidate I will be off playing golf. No ifs, ands, or buts. I will not participate if she’s NOT the candidate. And don’t bother giving me all that happy HS re: we need to beat Obama. If Americans think he FU this country in the last two years, there will be open revolt in the streets 2 years from now!

I tend to be a bit more moderate and pragmatic than most FReepers, but I’d never vote for a supposed Republican who works for a Democrat. So that Huntsman is out as far as I’m concerned. Other than that, I’m keeping an open mind for now.
